Making LLMs Fluent in Any Language With This ONE PROMPT

After prompt engineering with the training group - we have managed to prompt our way to language fluency using the following prompt:
Write in fluent, native level DE-DE (this will do German - for example)

Previously LLMs (ChatGPT and Claude especially) were pretty bad at writing in different languages, but now they can be prompted to write much better content in different languages simply by applying this incredibly simple prompt engineering technique to your prompting arsenal

Exciting. I've been using Claude AI Opus in German for months and am very happy with the output. An example would have been great, then I could have seen it. The german spelling and grammar are almost perfect with Claude AI. Thanks for the tip anyway! Good to know.

What you should do is converting the prompt to German. Then ask the prompt in the original Language.
