Can you write down the ingredients first time ever that I will try to make this please and I'm Mexican first I have to find the ingredients any suggestions were to find them in the 🇺🇸 thank you
I was shocked to see just how similar Ghanaian meat preparation method is to Haitian cooking! Rinsing and/or quick-boiling the meat, blending all the spices into a smooth paste to marinate... I am amazed by how well those techniques from the motherland have been preserved in our cooking today. Thank you for this video!
You’re right! There are very many similarities in our cuisine! The world is one nation in so many ways! Thanks for sharing this Great piece of information and welcome to my channel🙏🏾💕

It was already cracked, so I didn't, I should've mention the need to break the prekese to allow it's flavor and aroma to become released into the soup. Thank you mother! love ya!!!

Mmm mmm...where do you buy turkey berries in the state.
I was just fortunate to find the fresh ones at a Ghanaian store. It isn’t always stocked fresh. You may find them canned though.
Hello, where do you get the prekese, turkey berries, smoked fish and the garden eggs from here in the US? I live in Central Florida btw.
You'd find these ingredients in a well stocked Ghanaian or African store throughout North America, including your home state Florida. Thank you Chantel Jones!!
