From my understanding of what Suchi spoke, it seemed like she was real. Its an outpouring of the pentup anger over the years. There might be white lies here and there but overall there was a lot of genuinity in what she spoke. I feel anyone in her place and situation would definitely react that way because such life experiences would definitely impact mental health to a large extent.
