But domain specific study cannot be ignored. Example, if someone is interested in future technologies like Quantum computing, AI etc, one has to take up relevant engineering course. I agree with you that for someone trying to be an entrepreneur, he can start immediately after 10+2 and get domain specific knowledge on the fly. And I agree 100% that MBA courses are a waste of time for entrepreneurship aspirants.

One simple example is the case this month when banks were allowed to increase home loan terms from 30 to 40 years. This additional 10 year period generates $50k of new interest income for the bank per 100k of mortgage (5% interest rate). Approx $4 tn of new mortgages are issued annually i.e. just this simple rule change will generate $2 trillion of additional revenue for banks. This adds to the GDP but without doing any real work. 3. Extreme leverage happens when a bank bundles & sells its mortgages as a synthetically created structured security called mortgage backed security. This raises more funds for the bank.... which is promptly loaned out again. Rinse & repeat to extreme leverage. It is only due to extreme leverage + the financial in-breeding that the collapse of a single bank can be called a threat to the entire financial system.

There are limitations in dollar base fiat currently, so the nature of fiat currency may change. There maybe several currencies used globally instead of one principal currency. We have to keep in mind that currency by itself has no value; its value is generated only through production of goods and services. Naturally as India gets more people involved in productive work, higher quality work, the value of Indian currency will improve.
