The autonomic nervous system would just increase or decrease the heart rate but not stop or start the contractions of the cardiac muscle. Cardiac muscles are myogenic as they do need any stimulus from CNS to contract.
from the right ventricle, following ventricular contraction, blood goes through the pulmonary semi-lunar valve and then pumped out of the heart by the pulmonary arteries.

Yes, the Sacolemma is the cell membrane of muscle cells, and the nucelus is the cell nucelus
