You can read in Ephis 4:7-14...and 11th verse...these gifts which were given it has its purpose and we need them yet...as the tools of grace and to get three holy sacraments as the commission in Mathew 28:18-20 and the gift of Holy spirit as in Acts 8:14-17 and also 19:1-6..onwards and forgiveness of sins too as in John 20:23..the Chief Apostle Ministry as in John 21:15-17...and Mathew 16:16-20...also for service for the departed souls as in here and in 1Corinth 15:29....the Apostle Ministry is necessary

The only apostle ministry was given by Jesus , not the man himself . His doctrine says it was through dreams and signs on the earth because there was very little of the Holy Spirit . Then , the few who were asked God for the return of apostles . This is a lie , as the church of Christ never stopped ( I'll be with you until the end of the world ) .
