His training today is still pretty similar. I think he does a bit more with bands, and does the usual rehab with the usual 2 times per week table time. He’s improving all the time there has to be something to what he supports. Stay healthy and don’t rush things be consistent.
I think this is the smartest way to train is focus all your time on the table and train for overall general strength and power with full range of motion while focusing on prehab and rehab.
