- Mortal Kombat Dead Alliance OST Krypt
Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance is a 2002 fighting video game developed and published by Midway for the Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube, and Game Boy Advance. It was the first all-new Mortal Kombat fighting game produced exclusively for home consoles, with no preceding arcade release. Deadly Alliance is chronologically the fifth main game in the Mortal Kombat series. Its story focuses on the eponymous alliance between sorcerers Quan Chi and Shang Tsung and their schemes to revive an ancient army to conquer Outworld and Earthrealm. The game is the only main installment not to feature series protagonist Liu Kang as a playable character. It is also the first game in the canon series to not feature co-creator John Tobias as he left Midway in 1999 to pursue other interests.
In addition to the original Game Boy Advance Port of Deadly Alliance, a second version entitled Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition was released on August 25, 2003. Tournament Edition featured characters omitted from the first port, along with characters not present in the other versions such as Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Sareena. - Игры
Such amazing atmosphere just for the krypt. Amazing.
Fact: Deadly Alliance had 676 Koffins but in Deception it was reduced to 400 Koffins
Apparently it was because folk complained that having 600+ Koffins to unlock was too time-consuming
@@alexashford1993 ahem! Time konsuming
I don't care how much more realistic-looking the crypt areas are in the more modern Mortal Kombat games from Mortal Kombat X (2015) to Mortal Kombat 1(2023). The crypt in this game, Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance still has the creepiest music of all the crypts that have ever appeared in the Mortal Kombat games as the Crypt music is more relaxing and ambient in those said newer games. While Deadly Alliance's Crypt has a uniquely terrifying musical theme I would never even only considering listening to at bedtime as I go to sleep.
they dont make dark ost like this anymore on mortal kombat games, i mean, just in general game too ,these days is just ''happy '' music in games. sad.
completely agree, they sacrificed the atmoshphere for generic vibes
og MK was something else :/ good old days
Soo many memories!
