Sorry, guys! I meant to hold light up to the pieces to show you the semi-translucency, but I forgot 🤦♀️ Best place to get all your Cernit clay, including the Opaline range: BlueberryBeads.com
The foster group I belonged to rescued a cat with the same problem as your Tippsy. Our vet lady adopted him and he lived at her pet hospital for almost twenty years. His name was Monty and he was such a love. Everytime clients would come in they would ask about him. It was sad when he passed but he had the best life and never wanted for anything. All the best for Monty.
I would never think of green, lilac and caramel together. However it worked. I also like to work this clay , I mean the brand CERNIT and the line Opaline. 👍
I'm new to you and using polymer clay. I'm really enjoying watching your videos. I love this look! It looks like "cells" that I create when painting with fluid acrylics.😊😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
So glad you feel better. Cats and clay...yeah, it's a fun time, isn't it? I can wipe down my big tile, my blades, get new wipes, it doesn't matter. There WILL be a piece of cat fur on my piece! I try to work when they are sleeping, but they have radar, and know when I'm trying to get something done, and come to see what I'm up to.
Gorgeous pendent! Just a quick tip for you. You can accordion fold a piece of paper and set your balls in between the folds to prevent them from getting a flat spot.
Yes, I know.I do, do that, even though I know I didn’t on this tute. But they were on paper, so they didn’t get a shiny spot, anyway. The accordion fold is more to stop them from rolling around.
Hi I'd like to thank you so much for your wonderful tutorials. They have opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me on my jewellery making path. I started with and still continue with copper wire weaving, wrapping and general jewellery making but polymer clay has just added another dimension to that. Again thank you.
They're gorgeous Deb and yes they definitely look like porcelain. I enjoy the fact that you do simple finishings and I love all your chatter - makes for a much more fun tutorial. Great that you're feeling better and hope that cough goes soon for you. xx Have a beautiful day Deb.
Deb so nice to have you back happy, healthy and energetic! This tutorial was beautiful! Thank you so much! 🤗👍😊I enjoy listening to you go on, and what a perfect name your little fur baby! 😸
Just ordered some of this clay yesterday out of curiosity. How lovely it is. Your designs as usual are stunning. Made my day actually seeing a new video today. Thank you.
I'm so glad you're feeling better. These are absolutely beautiful, I can't wait to try the opaline clay. 💗 Thank you again for sharing your techniques and beautiful pieces.
Absolutely gorgeous. I love the opal one clay also. Love the colors you picked out. Glad your better. Maybe another tutorial soon. I’m loving that porcelain look
love the video. I have seen TikTok videos with cats with the issues you were describing your cat has. Love animals. I have two cats of my own. One of my cats is a grey tabby and she is super smart it is almost scary. I have an orange tabby who runs on one brain cell LOL and loses focus easily. My orange cat we try to keep him as stress-free as possible because if we don't he will start to lose his hair due to compulsive licking. I can not picture my home without them.
Love your tutorials, have learned so much by watching you!!! Thank you for sharing your art! I have been looking for a particular tutorial I saw a few days ago, you used left over clay and mount piece on embossed clay. Beautiful, but I cannot find it, have looked for 2 days. Also have tried to visit your store, cannot find that either. I'm new so I probably haven't found my way around your site, but enjoy what I've seen so far. Thanks again!!!
Oh, I'm so happy you're feeling better. These are absolutely fabulous! I love the colors you chose. I like the way you left some of the white, heck I like everything about these beautiful pieces!! I really like that you put the silver chain on the pendant it looks very pretty. Thank you so much for sharing your forever inspiring talent! Now, I need to head over to O Joy creation to get that butterfly wing and the adorable heart. 💕🙂
Really beautiful set and they do look like porcelain. And now because of your statement about Cernet getting too soft because you have warm hands. OMG! My hands are like a furnace and always have been and now I know why Cernet is hard for me to work. I think that I'll put mine in the frig for a short while on each piece. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Bev, for that insight. Blessings on you girl.
Love the pieces you made. I was cleaning my laundry "studio" yesterday and re found a packet of pastels that have a sheen. I am going to try them out on some white or transparent clay and do a trial.
I am venturing back into clay a bit more and decided to get a burnishing soap. So, I remembered this video referred to it, and followed the link. Holy moley, your store is like a toy store for polymer clay lovers!!! I restrained myself to just that today, but yeah, I'm following you now on Amazon. That can't be good. (just kidding) Clay Toys 'R' Us. Cheers from chilly Dayville, CT!
Thanks for another beautiful pendant! I'm glad you're feeling better. And I want to note that I appreciate your adding a few more details as to why you do what you do. When you're learning something new, the details matter. 😘 Nice job 💜
I tried to find the Ojo creations where you got your imprint tool and I don't find them. Can you help me please? I just love your tutorials and your work is amazing , Thanks you Brenda
Deb, another wonderful video. Thank you so much. When the pennant hits a glass table what sound does it have? One like porcelain or plastic? Be very well🌸💕
I haven’t hit it on a glass table, but I’m sure it’s gonna sound pretty much the same as when I tapped it on my ceramic tile. I was really only doing that so you could hear the density of the clay….hard to explain, but Cernit is a very sturdy clay, and you can almost hear that lol. Thank you 💕
Hey, Deb. I have a bunch of brassish pieces. I do not know how to incorporate them into/with my pieces. You were talking about coming up with new ideas. Is there any chance I can send a bunch to you for some inspirational videos. I love your work and I think you could come up with something new.
Another Ohioan here! At least we saw some sun yesterday! I lived in St. Albans for a little bit and the weather reminded me of Ohio, lol. I do have a quick question, Deb. Do you find that some of these jewelry fixings tarnish from Amazon?
"Shimmer and Glimmer" had the comments off - there was a round top flat bottom piece that had the most remarkable looking creature on the bottom/flat. Kind'a like an evil Donald Duck on steriods.

Tippsie is a lucky kitty. Our cat, Little Kitty, is a rescue. She cam to us with a broken back. She is also a little wobbly and very sweet.
Awwww, she sounds like a sweet baby!
P.S. So glad you're better! I always love to hear you talk!
I love your videos. I had a cat with the same condition. We called him Shaky Jake. He was a sweet boy. I now have an 18 year old cat named Alfie.

Where are you in the US?
Sunny Ohio 😁
Ohio here too : ) I’m near Lake Erie/Cedar Point. Give me a holler if you get this way.
Another Ohioan here! At least we saw some sun yesterday! I lived in St. Albans for a little bit and the weather reminded me of Ohio, lol. None of the ones I have listed have caused me any issues.
