I think you don't give HRT enough credit for helping with a lot of your menopause symptoms such as joint pain, exhaustion etc. I'm sure carnivore assisted. But, medical professionals have continued to downplay declining hormone levels in perimenopause and menopausal women's vasomotor, skelatal, and neurological symptoms women experience. Thankfully, there are providers bringing more awareness to this. You started HRT around the same time you started carnivore. I think it is important that you give as much credit to that along with diet. Weight bearing exercise is also very import for peri/post menopausal women for skeletal health and helping get rid of visceral fat.
Yes! My daughter is 51 and was going through horrible menopause symptoms, including joint pain. She started on HRT a month ago and is feeling 100 % better! Her husband is a trainer, and she is in good shape, eats a healthy diet, and exercises regularly. I don't think the carnivore diet is a healthy one. There is no science to back it up, and there needs to be a lot more research done. You can lose weight on a lot of different diets that are not necessarily healthy. And your blood levels might actually look good after being on it because you're losing weight! Again, that doesn't mean it's healthy.

I’m so glad you listed your hangers. I’ve been wanting to order some. I have all velvet ones and they break easily. Also I have ordered both brands of the baby clothes and I like the cheaper ones almost as much especially slightly smaller size. They do help with exfoliating. But I’ll spend hours just searching and researching. Now I’ve made bad choices because I didn’t really spend time really looking at fabrics and reviews. I’m currently looking for cotton fabrics. Socks pants sweatshirts. Yes it was very overwhelming at first but I hate to shop in stores sets my allergies off. And honestly I live in a small town and I nanny so I don’t need fancy I need functional.

Will it work if you use retinol on a regular. I’ve tried face tanner’s before and they leave my face blotchy and I was told that if you use skin products like retinol or glycolic acid self tanner wont work. I made the purchase to try it out. Fingers crossed 🤞

I do not order a lot from Amazon (do not live in the US) But did once, it was a pair of Gant sneakers and they fell a part after just some week...I think the thing is to order non brand things, because I think the brand ones are often fake. Another thing, I am familiar with the flaking or excessive skin when using retinol, I do use a muslin towel, but just a tip, after that I use the Excuviance pads, "morning rise", they are super, a game changer, your skin gets as brand new. Will never be without them.🌸

I purchased those expensive facial cloths from Amazon and I do very much love them. Seeing your Muslim cloths, reminded me that I ordered from Amazon what was described as Baby Burp Cloths. They are basically exactly like the ones you show, but they are oblong. I love them for so many reasons, especially if I’m washing my makeup off at the sink, for drying my face after splashing water on it. (I usually just take a shower, though if I have on full makeup because I hate having water run down my arms! 😂)

Hi Lisa, OMG, you share such fabulous things on your channel! Discovering your channel is costing me a lot of $$$! LOL! I'm going to order two sets of those white Turkish towels as my white towels always turn yellow, the Bottega inspired earrings (this will be be second set as the first one broke after a little over a month so I couldn't return them. but it may have been a different brand on Amazon), and that CZ necklace, but I can't decide if I should get the 16" or 18". I'm 5'3" and slim built, and like to layer gold necklaces like you do. What do you suggest?
