Thank you so much for this video. I used to be into 3 3/4 joes and I had a huge collection. I decided to give my whole collection to my nephew over the course of a few years so my little brother and his son could share the GI Joe exp. that my little brother and I had in the 80s and 90s. I was in a toy collecting horder situation so something had to go.😅 I kept my 1/60 macross and masterpiece transformers though . I was collecting those before the scalping made it impossible to get anything for a reasonable price. So other then some eaglemoss star trek ships I had pretty much stopped collecting since 2014-16.
I'd been getting the itch again lately though. I decided to get into Gi Joe classified and Action Force once I realized I could slowly and affordably do so through BBTS. I love the action force figures and weapons but a lot of classified weapons leave a lot to be desidered. Valavrese is offering some great quality weapons but with them being a new toy company I'm desperate for more variety in the weapons, Whats out there for 1/12 weapons tends to be a bit pricey and then to get them shipped to Canada is even worse from what I've seen.
The Marauder site is a godsend. Thankyou so much! I'm so glad I randomly checked out this vid even though I'm not collecting 3 3/4 inch anymore. For 2-4 bucks a piece i picked up a sniper rifle, a tavore, a scar custom kit, an Hk416? custom kit and a mac10 (scarlet needs a proper weapon). Plus a crap load of optics, IR lasers, grips and some ammo belts. Those belts should be handy to either fix the stupid way to large mini gun road block comes with or to accessoriez the pricey little armory m240s i ordered from hobby search japan . So with a pinhole drill and a little glue I can customize allot of those great action force weapons. Doing some weathering might be fun too.
I'm going to need those parts too cause valaverse just announced for their holiday line and they are releasing a tin of over 96 weapons in various colors. Weapons that are screaming to be modded so I can turn my night ops steel brigade into a night viper homage and properly arm Beachhead, Scarlet, Roadblock, and Gungho (to name a few) with proper weapons. I paint D&D minatures so this moding is fairly simple for me and I cant wait.
Again thankyou for turning me onto the Maruader site. If your collecting any 1/12 inch figs I can't recommend enough the valaverse weapons, and back pack accessory bundles. Just as affordable as the marauder stuff and very high quality.
Thank you LOGAN! I really appreciate hearing you story and history. I’m aware of the valaverse line too! I tend to stick with 4’ figs due to space :). I do however have some 6” Joes And Mezco figures that I cherry pick from! I also paint and sculpt, if your interested I did a couple videos painting some “blank” joy toy 4” figures. Turned out pretty good. I only had three of those originals. Repeater, Hard-ball & Sub-Zero. I don't have any of the club versions either. I was never a club member. I cherry-picked. Ghost Rider is one that I bit the bullet for. I needed a modern version for my Phantom X-19. So, at some point I will need to kit-bash those three.
As for Spirit, I do have the TRU exclusive & the Marauder 7 pack one, but my main will be the TRU 2-pack one. The inaccurate skin tone on the other two versions really bug me.
Big Ben is a maybe, don't have much exposure to the character, except for a couple of DIC episodes. I get that he's supposed to be elite & part of a joint transfer program. So, technically he is part of Action Force? My main focus is the American Joes. Action Force, Red Shadows, Oktober Guard, etc. will have to wait.

Dang man, these are really awesome I love love love the Hardball Spirit and Sub Zero,the others are great too but I am a big fan of those three classic figs
