First off, thank you for already having each setting edited so I was able to play/pause as I made my character. I do have a question though. For body and base head does it matter which one I choose as long as I follow your settings? You did not show which ones you chose which is why I'm unsure.
I really like this but if youre gonna be book accurate Geralt isnt a big muscular guy hes very trim and lean. (Im definitely going to use this in game though)
all the settings where it says base or default could you give us the number in the description at least. because in my game at least there is no default only numbers. I can only assume that eyeshadow colors are #10 for color 1 and #42 for color 2.

Base head number 18. And as long as you select human male, the base body doesn't matter, you can just use the sliders to replicate.

You can get the default by click on the reset option at the end of each section.

which face presets have you started with? or that does not matter ?
You can use any face pre-set to start. You can change the base head during the creation to the one used in video.
