The big pieces are called "jaggery". They are made by boiling sugar cane juice. Before they used to sell "Jaggery"in different shapes and sizes. Now they are selling in powdered form, so that we "Indians" can make many varieties of sweets with that jaggery powder easily. 😀

It is called "Jaggery". Like "white Sugar" (used for making cakes) this is also a sweetener. This solid yellow big sweet piece jaggery....comes after boiling sugar cane juice. we "Indians" use this powder to make many varieties of sweets during our festivals. 😀
