Interesting video! Impressive team-work (less talk - more work).
It would become a very interesting video if you could add some information about the proces.
Are the large crucibles shaped more than one time? If so, why?
Is the inner-shaper made from a tree log or just the top part where the hammers strike?
How much do these large crucibles weigh? Wet, dry and after firing.

it's really primitive. It's a pity that so many people find it cheaper than a press machine. You want to establish a system where labor is not cheap and everyone works under humane conditions and earns a reasonable income. but there is the fact that workers are often stupid. Their sole purpose is to earn their money and feed their children. They show themselves and their family elders as the reasons for their poverty, or they also have religious reasons. For this reason, they prefer to stay away from politics and not to organize. If they are organized, their quality of life will increase by 1000%, but the hardest part is to educate them because they have remained uneducated due to poverty.
