Great, Very Hard and Skilled Workers, no doubt this is one of Dirty Jobs they are performing Skilfully, there is only One Machine looked in the Video, the Extruder, no Equipment for Lifting/ Handling and Conveying; all the system is Manual. The Workers may please be facilitated with such Equipment and PPEs. Thanks a lot for this informative Video.

I would like to know the composition of the material. Is it pure graphite , or are there other substances mixed, that make it as malleable as clay ? In what form does the graphite arrive in the factory ?

actually these are cheaper. Making them with hydraulic press costs more for smaller manufacturers in India. Human labour is cheaper than the cost of setting up machinery.
I am assuming that these are made oit of some sort of gtaphite and high temperature clay (kaolin or possibly fire clay). But what are the actual ingreedients and the ratios???
What size hammers are those 30 - 35 lbs?
I just started watching this video, and I want to send 50 pairs of coveralls for these guys, and like a big industrial washing machine to wash them between shifts. (I don't have enough money to get them a big industrial washing machine, but I might be able to afford several pairs of coveralls).
