Thank You for this video at first, I through my computer had lost all my information, because when I restarted my laptop, it was in safe mode, but anyway I went in and unchecked the boot mode and it came back perfect. Following your video, it now has internet access so far so good, I was really at my last option. Thank you again for this video. :):):)

When I type the command and press enter it says that the following command was not found. What can I do?
When I try to do ipconfig /release I get an error that says:
No operation can be performed on Local Area connection* 9 while it has its media disconnected
No operation can be performed on Local Area connection* 10 while it has its media disconnected

1:41 at that part when I type command it says the request operation requires elevation (Run as administrator) do you know why it says that?
Right click on cmd and pick administrator

It didn't work for me!
Note that my computer was running on a windows 8.1 and i recently did the upgrade from the oficial site of windows to windows 10 and it worked perfectly and i was using the laptop normally untill thus happened.
Regarding the wifi it is working on my phone and other computers in the house only on this computer it doesn't work even showing that I'm connected and everything appears to be normal

Use linux. I tried every guide, windows bug.
You might want to reinstall the drivers and check out as not all drivers are installed properly during windows reinstallation
