How To Take Molecular Hydrogen As A Supplement

- Molecular hydrogen and hyperbaric oxygen therapy have some great synergies.
And if we want to increase the amount of hydrogen we're getting inside our body, we have to somehow concentrate and consume that gas.
There are two mechanisms that we could use to do that.
#1 We could use a very specific type of magnesium tablets that dissolve in water (which you can get here: revelationheal... and search for Fastonic Cellular Molecular Hydrogen.

When we put that those magnesium tablets in water, hydrogen gas is released as it dissolves
When it's fully dissolved, the water will have increased hydrogen content, and we can drink it.
#2. We can use a special filter (like the Echo Go which you can find here: echoh2o.com/?c.... It separates the hydrogen molecules from the oxygen molecules, pulling the oxygen out of the water, and then allowing the hydrogen to super concentrate in that liquid.
Once that's finished filtering we can drink that water and get that increased concentration of hydrogen.

If couing with hyperbaric oxygen should it be used on an opposite schedule of hyperbaric oxygen? EX) hyperbaric oxygen at night and hydrogen in the morning ?

You can't really "over do it" with molecular hydrogen. I drink it regularly
The problem with this statement is that it undermines electrolysis. Electrolysis also creates ozone and chlorine gases. Among other, granted there are much smaller levels. The fact that you have to filter them, and so much different from my machine that requires no filtration. How are you returning this?how in the heck do you filter out oxygen from water? I don’t believe this product is entirely safe.

You can enrich it with an electrical current. You are not changing its molecular structure because you're using the compositions that are already there. Hydrogen is already in water.
But what you're doing is
Magnifying the hydrogen so the body can benefit from it.

I'm sorry that my skin doesn't look like a beauty queen. Perhaps you're looking for a makeup channel? We discuss hyperbaric oxygen therapy on this channel. This was also before we starting working with a video professional, so my lighting and camera setup was not ideal.
Regardless of anything like that that wouldn’t infer it doesn’t work for all things. Are you assuming that all things that work for health would make skin also look good? I mean there are those with bad health with good skin it really depends on the situation and what all is wrong but bad or good skin wouldn’t immediately infer a thing does or doesn’t work or that their dose is good enough to fix that or many other variables. Though his skin isn’t really bad from what I can tell and lighting does affect it but even if a product didn’t cause a glow in skin it could still be useful.
If the gas we see is hydrogen how are we drinking it? And isn’t water a combo of oxygen and hydrogen to begin with?
Yes regular water is 2 hydrogen molecules and 1 oxygen molecule. But you can temporarily hyper-concentrate the molecular hydrogen, either by using specific magnesium tablets or by using a machine that cleaves the oxygen from the hydrogen molecules. @@mitch19636it would be nice if you guys who think that would provide evidence. You can just comment ‘it’s a con,’ on anything how is that supposed to mean that’s true? Something could look legit and not be and something could look like a con and not be you can’t go on appearance and some keep saying it’s just chemistry doesn’t work this way but they don’t provide evidence of that either. Many modern treatments could also be called scams including ones with some research that are heavily used.
