I think I’ll take a few months off work and watch this video a few thousand times. Absolute master class. There are countless exercises that spin out of this conversation.
ive watched a lot of your lessons and I feel like youve struck absolute gold with this one! i am so happy that you are slowing down and take breaks like "ah here i changed this because.." it is sooooo important as a viewer / student because you get to see the approach and thoughtprocess laid out. like just with this i can take any progression i noodle around with and ask the question about the upper structure and switching major minor, guided experimentation! Thank you so much please keep making these in-depth break downs, i would love to see you do this for the 10 levels of blues you did with adam neely at some point, just seeing you explain the transition of the levels would be so cool and interesting to try to apply to some toy example.
Raphael. Because I wore out my Toni! Tony! Tone! CD in high school, and he's a very tasteful musician. Some Neo Soul music is too busy. Where it seems they try and add an embellishment to every chord, or a lick where there should be space. His music doesn't seem to do that. And he's just cool.
Vato, you won't believe what I saw I saw this pack of guys and they act real hard (and what they do?) They twist their fingers, say, "You know who we are" He said, "I don't give a fuck, I'm Snoop Doggy Dogg" 😎

Excellent- I’d be excited to subscribe to your course but…
You can join to learn more about it first
Aren’t upper structures like relative majors?
Bravo, comme d’habitude, et merci. Mais est-ce aussi beau sans ces effets magiques d’écho et réverb. ?!.. je vais essayer…
