I miss how big this band used to be. They're so underrated now. Thing is, Their music IS STILL GREAT. It kills me that this band is not as big anymore.
They are still big. But they don't want to be and this makes them great. The most recent time i saw 3eb in concert, it was a small venue. When the show started, Stephen asked people to put away their phones and focus on being in the moment. He said that even if you record the whole thing that you can't take the moment with you in life. He encouraged us to look at our fellow concert goers and focus on sharing the moment with them.

I admit I didn't buy Ursa Major when it came out but a few months ago I took it out from the library, put it on my ipod, and now listen to it all the time just like I do their previous 3 records. It might not have the same spirit as the first 2 records but I really think it's a great album. 3EB is a very unique band....maybe too good of a band for the masses to understand.

I've seen Third Eye Blind play every single year for 20 years. In that time they have not changed much. This might be the first year I don't see them though unfortunately. Because they are not coming to Pittsburgh, which is stupid because they gigantic fanbase here. Either way. I've seen them every year since I was young. And it's always been my favorite concert. They are amazing live and super underrated.

i dont know all of the drama thats going on with the band right now, but what i do know is that their music rocks, and as long as their producing new stuff, ill be into it, no sides and no grudges- their music doesnt deserve to suffer for their personal crap...
