Like every branch of the CF it’s starved by this and almost every government since 45. Canada needs a real long term defence plan, not woke buzz words, with guaranteed funding (eg 15 year horizon) and much faster acquisition (fewer bureaucrats; defence is about defence, not buying votes).
WOW.... that was like one of the old recruiting ads from the 80s when "there is no life like it". They must have finally realized that if you want to attract people to the forces you need to make it look exciting instead of a DEI training seminar.
