Possibly each dealership would buy them back and frame them to hang in their dealership. In the framing could be a way people could encouraged to donate to their local veterans organization, thus giving to the veterans would continue for a long time.
Great idea.
@@HARMARSCH2 GREAT IDEA
You should auction it off as a collection. It needs to stay together!. God bless you and your efforts to raise more money for charity.
Thats awesome, honestly i would keep them right where you put them... they look great displayed in your shop.. 👍🏻
They look great hanging in your new garage. Leave them there and add to the collection of motorcycles and memories and people will come to your campground to see your museum. Then they can donate to the veterans for a tour.
That's what I was thinking too.
I was thinking the same thing, I'd hang them in order of dealer ships visited.
Same here. I would love to see it when I get there this year
Y'know Adam ... you were not the first person to visit EVERY Harley Davidson dealership!
What about the guy to rode up to the first dealership? He may have visited all two of them in ~1904.
;)
Anywho ... where the heck did you build that wee shed?!?! Wow, was that fast!
BTW, New Orleans HD,
S
I think you should keep them on the wall it’s a great story of your life and we can donate in honor of one of the shops hanging there 🇺🇸🤠
Hey Adam You should sign them and auction them off individually Scott Fisher from Thunderbird Albuquerque New Mexico was my dealership big fans of you and Scooter since the beginning Thank you for all that you do for all veterans I’m a fifth generation marine retired after 21 years I enjoy what you do to help all my brothers out there thanks again
Please keep them together and on display in your shop. People could donate to the cause to get to see them. Too valuable as a collection to part them out!!! Thanks for all you do for our veterans. Ride safe and take care of yourself, Miss Ashley and Scooter!
Adam, you mentioned Tramontin. They have closed as of 2020. So that makes that T-shirt even more special!
Same with heritage Harley in concord nh
Tramontin was an awesome dealership. got my first dealer shirt there.
Is Farrows the oldest ?
Cizzle came to type the same comment. Heritage was a really good place to be. Sad.
@@billcarothers9182 who knows there’s several that make that claim
Thanks for the first and special shout out to Bud’s Harley, my hometown dealership.
It would be nice just to keep those on display there with the War Horse
Whatever you decided will be awesome I'm sure. Thanks for all you do for the Vets, your a stand up guy and we could sure use a lot more like you today.
This past weekend I went home for a visit and while there my sister had taken some of my dad's favorite clothes and had them made into beautiful quilts. How cool would it be to have some quilts made for the disabled Vets that stay in the cabin. Plus some could be auctioned for charity also.
You are an amazing and a very kindhearted person. I’m glad that good things are happening and coming to you. Coming me in South Africa
Big shout out to Buds Harley Davidson here in Evansville IN!!!! Awesome thing your doing here Adam!
Keep it in the shop. It looks great and I would pay to see it there with your bike. Awesome art work for that big shop.
Bald Eagle is my HD dealer. Glad you enjoyed the U.P. Thank you for all the great support you give to our military and police. Ride on.✌🏽
Adam, I applaud you for what you do, and the T shirt idea is fantastic no matter how it plays out. To do what you did hitting all those dealerships will (probably) never be done again. I can imagine that you have shared your story and the challenges many times over a campfire. I actually need to pick-up and read your book again because it's pretty remarkable reading about some of the things you had to endure to achieve it. I would recommend your book to all and, I suggest a book number two...hopefully. Thank you.
you can get the book over at AdamSandoval.com
YA WHAT SLEDGE 1957 SAID.... ADAM YOU ROCK HOPPING TO GET DOWN TO SEE YA THIS SUMMER ...DULUTH MN. HARLEY
This collection is worth all the money as a “whole” Adam, so auction it as such and get HD to match the winning bid. After all, everyone wins. Thanks for all you do and I am proud to subscribe to your channel and your projects. God Bless You Brother. Ride Stubborn and Safe😎
Congrats on the new shop 👌
That’s one sick collection with awesome story behind it.
Keep it all in the shop, looks awesome, and gives the place lots of character
A few Virginia Harley Davidson shops are mentioned. I’m fromSW VA. I had the opportunity to meet Adam at Charlie’s Harley Davidson in West VA, September of 2016 ♥️🇺🇸💙🐾
Thanks for coming out 👊
Was hoping to see Harley Haven in South Carolina. But it's cool to see all the T-Shirts. I have a lot my self. Nice building and hello to Scooter.
Thunder bird, in Albuquerque. They closed Duke city when COVID hit.
And I thought I had a big collection! Wow! Very cool Adam!
Bald Eagle is my local shop. Great folks who serve the entire UP of Michigan. If you decide to auction the shirts individually, I intend to bid on the Bald Eagle shirt and then donate it to a local charity to auction it off again.
That grate on the Mackinac Bridge was easy to drive on with a few drinks in me, but the next morning I rode on the concrete...hangover wasn't letting it happen
I'm from PA, my son and I rode with you from Schaffer's for a little while until you had to get in the bus for a meeting. Keystone, Classics Harley is near to where I live. We were at the trike giveaway at Tramontin Harley as well. I'd try and raffle them off as one package deal.
Emerald coast and Panama City Beach HD are my closest dealerships. Emerald coast is closest to home but Panama City is close to work. Both outstanding dealers!
Hey adam i just left white lightning harley davidson, Chattanooga, tn.. amy, the lady i was talking with remembered you, and had good tbings to say...the dealership name has changed since you were there, but what a great location...
I remember some of those stops! Faribault is not the closest to me but, it is my dealership. PDX was definitely one of a kind. Just seeing that shirt brings back tons of memories of that trip out west. You DEFINITELY need to write a 2nd book! You know I’ll help you!!
Now that's what I call a T shirt collection! Been to a few of those places myself. You do good work Adam keep it up! Bumpus in Memphis is closest by my heart is with the San Antonio dealers as thats where I'm from.
That is so awesome. I could feel your passion. And hear the memories.
Faribault, HD! Shout out! I've purchased two motorcycles from them. Great people!
I just bought one today at four rivers in Paducah and it was 35 without tax so don’t sell yourself collection short. This is awesome
Hey brad loks like we are neighbord, i live about 90 miles away
Awesome, maybe I’ll catch up with you on the rd sometime
So cool to witness your commitment, heart , and soul for true heroes👌. Much respect and admiration my brother😇🗽🇺🇸
Gateway is where I bought my first Harley. Currently riding with Big St. Charles HOG group.
nice 👊
Nearest HD dealership is in Titusville Florida, you havnt been because it wasn’t open then. It’s only 2 maybe 3 years old. Called Miracle City HD.
I will be at Faribult Harley in a week for the Harley Safety course.
Just got a new Freewheel HD from Thunderbird in Alb NM,last week went back on a couple of things and they did right by me. Yea.
Get a box trailer and hang them in three rows and then take it to all the runs and charge a few dollars to walk through.
Very Cool, BALD Eagle in Marquette, MI. U.P. is freaking awesome 👌. I was stationed U.P. there for almost 10 years! In Southern Illinois now. Fun Video!
The collection is mind blowing when you see it all at once like that! The T-shirt collection needs to stay together and in your possession. How about selling trading cards with a picture of each shirt and on the back a story you have about the dealership? Just a thought, stay stubborn!
I think selling them off separately with your signature could raise some money. People could buy their favorite dealership tshirt and could cause a bidding war. Open Road Harley-Davidson in Fond du Lac, WI is the closest to us!
Very nice closet. Great T Shirt collection. Hi Scooter.
🐾
Keep them right there! Ask for donations if people want to see them. And, or, would be a really cool backdrop for a pic with you and Scooter, for a donation of course!!❤️🐕❤️
It's great to see Scooter doing a cameo in this video. I know with his health issue he can't be in them all anymore, but it's always good to see him. Watching from Jackson,MS. With the dealer who does the "Trail of Honor" which covid killed this year.😢😢. I think that selling each shirt for $25 and throwing a ASR sticker in with each one is a great idea for a fund raiser.
I am a wounded war vet ....i love your doing for vets ....hope to see ya in euricka springs & your camp ground...........keep up the good work.......anything i can do to help i'm all in
You should keep them all together right where they are for people to come and see they are part of you what you did for all of us
Sell raffles tickets. Everyone has a chance, the more you buy the better chances. Maybe throw in a weekend at Kriver with a day ride with the crew.
Hey Adam!
I’m from Muskegon Michigan.... Hot Rod Harley Davidson is our local dealer... great video man! Would love to come to your camp ground! Like to actually meet you!! You are a great person!! Keep the videos coming!!
Keep up the great work Adam 👌🇨🇦
Closest dealers to me are Worth, Outlaw (Blue springs Harley at the time) Rawhide and Gail's here in the Kansas City area.
Yellowstone harley is 3 hrs from me in montana Belgrade mt and then there is big sky harley in the town I live you have a good soul adam nice shop and heck of tshirt harley collection take care
Way too cool. The " shop" and then the shirts! Been to Bald Eagle in Marquette. The Mackinac Bridge is a trip! Too bad couldn't keep them all right where they are now. Or, signed and sell for $100.00 a piece.
Nice, this is a beautiful collection!! And by the way this is a cool Shop man, Congrats!! Love to see my dog who passed away almost a year, in Scooter !!
You need some from all the Canadian dealership. 🏍🇨🇦
I love it.. that would be hard to give up after the work and memories you put in. Dayton Ohio!! Buckeye Harley
you'd think some big dealership would want the whole lot for that price. would be hard to display, but for sure something they could promote having. good luck selling it! such an awesome collection.
Awesome to see the new closet/shop!. That is some collection you have and to be honest it looks good where you placed it, but it definately would bring much more value in selling them individually or as an whole collection. I'm in California and did manage to see the Oakland dealership up there, probable Bob Drones at the time, do you have McGuires HD or Livermore HD by anychance. I would bid on those if you and scooter sign them added value. I salute you for what you do for our veterans, your heart is what this country needs at this moment. Stay Stubborn.
I like the blanket idea myself. How many veterans do you know that don't have a warm place to stay for the night or a comfortable shirt to change in to for the next day. Also understand that you can make more money auctioning them off individually, but is that what this is really about? I vote for the blankets! If they are done properly, the shirts can stay in one piece and not chopped. I know of a widow that makes this her hobby and is very skilled in this area of expertise.
Colboch Harley Davidson is my home shop in morristown Tennessee and I go to smokey mountain Harley shop alot also 2 great shops .
Auction as a whole.... home town dealer is Thunderbird HD in Albuquerque Sean is the best!
That's awesome Adam, hope to come to the camp ground one day 👍
Those shirts look good right there where they are. I would leave them hanging up.
That is going to be hard to beat!! Awesome storytelling 😍
I thought I had alot of shirts...WOW
Great South Harley Davidson Newnan, Ga by Me
just a idea build a bike from the ground up from parts from every dealer then auction it off and save the shirts they took to long to collect
You and Scooter should autograph each one.
Hey Adam Smokey mountain Harley is 85 miles north of my home im in Ooltewah, TN
Ehlerding Harley Davidson! I remember you coming to Fort Wayne. I think it was a rainy day. Wasn't into H.D,s at the time, but thought it was so cool what you did. Had a 82 Kawasaki at the time, now ride a 05' Road King. I think you should keep it as a collection. Don't divide it!
Awesome stay strong and safe
Awesome shirt collection the Closest dealer now is Hall's in Springfield, IL as TnT Harley / Great River Road Harley is now no longer a thing which was in Quincy, IL
I'd hate to see them split up and you lose your shirts. Leave them together and charge people to see them. I'd pay to check out that closet . Good stuff brother. God Bless
I would 100% bid on an auctioned ASR Harley Davidson of Buffalo hometown T and frame it for my studio.
No wire hangers, lol. Sweet collection Adam, hope it raises a lot of money for a charity 😎👍🏽
Bought my HD at black cat hd! As soon as spring Turkey season is over wife and I are heading to kriver!
If you auction them online as single shirts you will get more then $25 a shirt. New Harley Shirts are now $35. most places and that's without the story that you got them on your journey. Adding that World Famous Siginture (Scooter) makes them priceless but you should probably sign them also. Thanks for what you do! I enjoy your videos in Mechanicsville Maryland
thanks for tuning in 👊
Imagine how many have closed or sold. Cool collection
One in my area sold there business in a new name now. Keep them Adam for the shop People would pat to have their picture taken with them.
Several have closed and a few have changed names within an hour of me.
Nice Adam you should keep them as a Honor to all of the Dealers who help your cause
Loved Hoosier harley when I visit home, now Gerencers, and the sales girl there at the time Chrissy is awesome! closest to me is HD of Dallas in Allen Texas now Black Gold Harley, I was thinking auction them in lots of 3 for a 100.00?
Great shop rags for those HD oil leaks to keep your new bike shop floor clean! ;-)
My closest. dealer is HD World of OKC and I'm not too far. from Fort Thunder HD. I would sign each one at a time and auction them I think. Or I like the idea Lakeside Lew has. This is so cool. I love your new shop and it appears it's Scooter approved. Take Care.
Awesome! Awesome simply Awesome!on line auction perhaps.
I live in Old Fort country...Spiro, OK
I’ve been to your place a couple time...Bringin It Home and when I brought my Honoring the Military wrapped truck for a look see.
thanks for coming down! I hope you enjoyed yourself stay 👊
@@adamsandoval I’ll be back at some point...;-)
love what you do adam your the man god bless you and your family
FOR TBE PRICE THE TITAN LIFT WITH SIDES SO YOU CAN LIFT THOSE UTV AS WELL.
I remember when you came to Tallahassee HD I saw your video. I was so mad because I missed you. They got bought out by Gainesville HD. They are still awesome but no longer part of the Tampa HD group
Ernie Williams, Okoboji, and Mankato Harley Davidson have all closed in my personal area. Mankato has changed names but the other 2 dealerships are no more. All 3 are within an hour drive of my home in Minnesota.
that’s too bad brother
@@adamsandoval I still have Bergdale HD in Albert Lea and Tooter's Faribult HD.
That’s a big closet 🤟🤟
Scan all of the shirts' front and rear silk screened images, as well as their embroidery and sleeves too. Make a digital library of them to sell via membership as a locked file.
There are now also holographic projections of scanned items (like trophies received at martial arts competitions) where you could have the shirt's 3-D image floating above a display case along with recorded video of your travels to and at that particular H-D dealership and the event that you werr promoting. The images and recorded history could be put into rotation or selected specifically to play upon request just like a juke box from the fifties. Then with all of that metadata collected related to each shirt in the collection, you could sell/auction the physical shirt(s) and not have to maintain the dusty items. You would also be protected from a flood, fire or damaging winds event wiping out the vast colloection and insurance estimation for the collection as a specific policy "rider", per se, too.
Very valid points! Thanks for weighing in on that 👊
Just A thought but give everybody a chance to get a shirt not just one person to get them all. Its like if you sale a car you will want to part it out to get more money than selling the whole thing.
Insert the hanger from the bottom and pull up. Old trick to keep from stretching the neck. Your awesome. BTW I read your book first book I have read in a long time.
very cool brother 👊
Good job Adam
What an awesome sight. Colonial Harley Davidson in colonial heights Virginia is my dealership... great folks. Not the closest but they are the best.
Great collection
Ok, that is totally badass ! Love the shed !! Closet dealer to us is Bull Falls HD in Wausau Wi. Which is 7 miles away. Ron chooses to do ALL of his business at Docs HD of Shawano County.(where you had the aligator by the tail !!!!). Going to have to think up something for the shirts . Definitely something to be very proud of !!!
Because we all love u man
J&L Harley is in my city of Sioux Falls SD.
Arrowhead Harley-Davidson in Peoria, Arizona or Theres a new Dealership in Avondale, Arizona that may be a little closer to me. I live in Surprise Arizona, and Scottsdale brags that they are The Worlds Largest at this point in time.
