Can you give me any tips on how to avoid white fondant from picking up dust and other nasties floating around. It doesn’t matter how clean my surface is, what cloth I use or what I wear, I still end up with bits in my lovely white fondant/ modelling paste. Thank you x

Yes they are super pesky aren't they those tiny fibres!! Instead of wiping with a cloth - wipe with a spare piece of sugarpaste! They love to cling onto the sugarpaste your working on - so give it a scrap piece first to cling to! x

Hi! Sorry this may be no good to you now as I was in Disneyland! It's just the regular victoria sponge recipe. 8 eggs and 400g of the other ingredients (sr flour/sugar/butter)
