With dementia, you forget things. Alzheimer's ; you forget what things are. Like using a hair brush to unlock a door, you don't know what the items are used for. I worked several years with elderly. I never tried to correct them with "reality". That just frustrates, anxiety them.

My wife had a head injury in 2018 and I believe she is suffering a dementia from it now. I love her and can only pray for her.

Please take care of your precious wife. Dementia is a horrible disease. My husband suffered for such a long time but I decided to take care of him myself. It was hard going especially towards the end of his life. I would do it again in a heartbeat. He died peacefully in my arms in his own home and bed. A real gift. 😢😢

Thank you for the clarification. Clear and to the point. Much appreciated.
Question. What causes these build ups in the brain in the first place?
    Further clarification required.
    1. Are there dietary links. Such as processed foods, non-organic, meat consumption, (food additives, pesticides +++).
    2. Side effects to some medications including prescription.
    3. Some recreational drugs.
    4. Some Homecare products.
    5. Some Personal care products.
    6. Some Emfs, Electromagnetic fields/flux either above or below ground, (geopathic stress).
The HEAL YOUR BODY by LOUISE L HAY
Diagnosed stage 4 cancer. Refused all medical intervention. Self cured and survived nearly 40 years post diagnosis.
May have some insights other than those mentioned above and your response in the video.
PS. I have no commercial interest in the sale of the above book. For information purposes only.

I will be 71 in January. I have Alzheimer's. My older sister is in an assisted living facility with it. My mom had it. There has to be a genetic component. I have Alzheimer's, but I'm not stupid.
