the sensitivity thing is only good when ur very new and hasn't settled on a sens yet. Once u set into a sens between .4 and .2 u shouldn't change it. Overflicking and underflicking has more to do with technique (for example snowies tech eliminates overflicks entirely) and mouse control than to do with sens.

You can customize the routine to your preference, if you can't do hard, do medium! its important to build precision and eventually speed
