Agar ek. Old Prop. ship business h, aur oska ek unit ek doosrey naam se doosri jagah bhi chal raha h to, iss mey pahley waali old prop. ship business ko kiya hum OPC me convert kar saktey hain? Aur oss conversion ke baad oos old prop-ship bsiness ke under mey chalney waali doosrey trade naam ka business bhi automatically OPC ban gaya, ya woh alg raha as prop-ship.?

Sir a unregistered firm( XYZ) come in 2016 with 4 partners ( A ,B, C, D)
And purchase a land with tital name - ( XYZ THRU PARTNER B ) in 2016 .
Than they start a ploting business and authorised ( D ) on firm letter head to sell the plot and giving also signing authority which are not registered in registerar office .
In this case D have right to sell the plots ?
Not - in land registery , there is no record of any partners and his shere only D was noted as wittness .
If partner A has died and remming partners parters not correct the partnership deed and not admmited the ligal representative , and that time remmening partners sell the plot than the sell deed is valid or not

I think the sell deed is valid because A B C D have partners of that company so everyone has their rights. If anyone is dead , so they can discuss with remaining partners. If everyone has been agreed then they they will sell the plot. That's why the deed has been valid.
