Excellent
Beautifully designed by Hiroshi Sugimoto... LOVE the Zen vibe, the bonsai and the rug that looks raked... clever...Drone Hub made this "short and sweet".👍
Hello. Stunning apartment with incredible views. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
This is not the one for $135M I mean it’s very similar to a college dorm every room was very close to looking the same nice video as far as production but no one can dress this up to be $135M
I guess we will see
@@DroneHubMedia love what you guys do if you were a multi Billionaire would you purchase? I’ve seen several NYC properties you guys put out there and there much better looking then this one.
@@juniorking9901 probably buy something that makes money, not an overpriced liability with like 100k in taxes per month to pay
In fact, this apartment is not worth this price, and with this price it is possible to invest and earn hundreds of millions.
Very very lovely
Loved the video. What gimbal did you use?
I want to be step into that house 😀
Erik C😏nover..
Great video as always Dronehub! 👏
With all the hustle and bustle from the streets below I guess the Zen interiors is much needed once you get home and close the door 🧘♂️
I like these 'trailers' more than the tours by someone.
If one is touring $100 mil property, why is one banging kitchen cabins? I do not get it.
i thought it was illegal to fly a drone anywhere in NYC?
we purchased the drone footage from a Licensed Pilot who gets special clearance
Hi
Provide it soon
432 Park Avenue is the most overpriced and controversial apartment building in NYC.
35 million?
135 million
It’s awful. You have a desk up against a corner wall instead of facing the windows. Do you have a kneeling floor that only makes sense to Asians. The rooms feel cold. Minimalism doesn’t have to feel like an empty dull room. The kitchens look ridiculous, and the appliances that you have to bend down to the floor to turn on, and you can hit with your knees, who the hell thought that’s a good idea. It’s no wonder it’s sold for less than half its original listing value.
