As is done in countless other countries you muppet. It's not hard.
In democratic countries, juges aren't nominated by the government, because the separation between justice and politics is a fundamental principle. In the other democratic countries, no supreme Court has as much powers than yours. Sometimes, supreme court juges can be approved politicaly, but (1) names are first choosen by their peers on the base of their competence and integrity, and (2) they are approved by a special majority of 66% of the Congress. Also, it's easy to dismiss them after their nomination for any conduct against justice's deontology. So hard to imagine for you, I know...the country of the freedom right ?

A panel of other judges from all over the country and all different court levels is presented with a list of candidates, which all have to adhere to specific minimum requirements, and they then pick the best candidate. As is done in countless other countries you muppet. It's not hard.
In democratic countries, juges aren't nominated by the government, because the separation between justice and politics is a fundamental principle. In the other democratic countries, no supreme Court has as much powers than yours. Sometimes, supreme court juges can be approved politicaly, but (1) names are first choosen by their peers on the base of their competence and integrity, and (2) they are approved by a special majority of 66% of the Congress. Also, it's easy to dismiss them after their nomination for any conduct against justice's deontology. So hard to imagine for you, I know...the country of the freedom right ?
