I was SUPER excited when I saw both of these concealers were about to launch! I love the KVD Vegan Good Apple Foundation and the LYS Beauty Foundation is an Allure Best of 2021 Winner for a REASON! So, when I saw these two brands were launching concealers, I KNEW I had to have them! The claims on these concealers are very similar so I had to do a showdown! Which concealer do you think worked better? The LYS Beauty Triple Fix Concealer? Or the KVD Vegan Good Apple Concealer?

I gotta finish at least 1 foundation before I consider buying the Nars 😑 I will be buying it eventually. I keep telling myself to chill because I’m happy with the LYS, Dior Face and body, Pat , Tom Ford…. If a product is permanent I need to chill 😅 Such a great in depth review, I’m glad you are going so deep into the foundation reviews 🥰

I am also an educator and when I first wore the Pat McGrath foundation on zoom, as soon as I turned on my camera my students were like “Professor, you’re wearing new makeup! It looks more natural!” But I really like this NARS on you. I might need to pick this up.
Pat is hands down the best lightweight foundation and my favorite full coverage is Nars radiant longwear… I did buy the new one instead to see it’s very good but not as good but I’ll keep trying different combos. I’m gonna try the new nars with the ct Hollywood filter under it and on top of tatchaand see how I feel but I did like that it had skin care benefits
Oh my goodness!!! I pulled my PML foundation out just last week and remembered how much I liked it!!! Need a lighter shade now!! Ok back to the video!

Both sides look beautiful, but I must admit-as much as I love Pat’s foundation, NARS is looking pretty damn flawless on you. I love both on my skin, too, so I’m excited to try mixing them. Thanks for the comparison! 💕
I like the Pat McGrath side better. The Nars gives more coverage so of course the skin can look more flawless. But the PM to me looks like you have great skin. P.S. I'm super duper oily! I use the PM primer and it's perfect. I do get oily but long ago I learned to "embrace the oiliness"; it's not going away and no mattifying primer does a darn thing for me.

Thank you so much for this!!! Your looking GOODT girl. You really made me understand the issue! I think the Nars settles into the smile lines a little more than Pat. I think that’s because of the fact it’s a little thicker/has a little more coverage. I literally JUST realized that’s the thing about the Pat that makes me LOVE IT. And the color match for me 😍 love your review! Great work girl!!!

I like the Nars side better but the Pat side is pretty as well. Even though I am combination oily, I prefer foundations that provide a radiance. I love my Pat foundation but I use a luminous primer (by Armani) and then a dewy spray (by Tatcha) to blend it out. Great video!!

I just ordered the Pat McGrath foundation, concealer, setting under eye powder in 2 shades and a couple lipsticks. This will be my 1st time trying her makeup. 🙌🏽💖
I really hope I like it because I have dry skin.
I love both of these but Nars has really become that girl. When I wear Muva Pat I definitely have to prep well with Nars even on my super dry skin days it still gives me a bit more flawless glow than Pat. I'm such a fan of mixing them if I'm going out for date night though cuz omg it's beautiful.

I'm nc45 in Mac should I get the foundation in m17 or m19? I'm thinking m17 but not too sure. And since the m17 is a better match for you do u use a lighter concealer or u still use the m17 concealer? Thanks for your help..

Oh snap maybe I need to check out the Nars 😂😅 the Pat foundation is one of my all time faves. I don’t have too much trouble with it being dry on my dry skin. But I think your analysis was right in that it doesn’t always give the most coverage
I have oily skin and I got a sample of the Nars and omg I’m torn. I love the way it feels on the skin, so light weight but it gets shiny on my nose and the corners even after setting it (more than I would like). But with constant blotting it is pretty. I even combined it with the soft matte and although it was a beautiful finish, it took away the light weight feeling of it. I still think I’m going to buy it though because I love the feeling of it and the hype is convincing me I can make it work🥴. I agree though it gives your skin such a pretty finish, it’s almost irresistible. I haven’t tried PMG simply because the oily girls didn’t seem to like it but now I’m curious since you’re suggestion is that oilier people would prefer that over the Nars.

But i know foundation is your most favorite makeup product, so i looked very good, and have a light preference for the Nars side of your face. But the PMG foundation is also very beautiful!!! I still have it, like it, don't love it because of the alchohol in it. Very curious about the new Nars one, i don't see it here yet, but it will come!!!! Have a wonderful day!!!😘😘😘😘

I love my pat McGrath and was able to get a sample of this new Nars foundation and to me it felt and wore the same way…I think I love pats even more so I’m glad I didn’t buy this new Nars one ! I wanted to see if anyone had compared these two and found you !!!

Loved this. Great comparison. I love the PM ( actually bought it because of you 😂😂) I have the samples of the Nars and will be buying the full size. I really like it. I did try what you said you and mixed a bit of the PM with the Nars and it took both a step further . Loved it together

The NARS looked great when I first put it on - even better than the Charlotte Tilbury. But, at the end of the day I think the CT may have worn better. Glad I have both,
I agree. I have dry skin. Wore both the NARS and CT on separate days for 12+ hours. The CT definetely won in terms of longevity, minimal transferring, and no creasing. The NARS does have more coverage but the CT looked better at the end of a long day IMO.
Both look good. The NARS has a more glowing look than PML. I love NARS hands down. I do have dry skin but I can use PML w/a hydrating primer.

I love the NARS foundation but it beaks me out. Sad, cause it’s beautiful on the skin. PM is too dry no matter what I do! Lovely looks!

I wore Cadiz for years and more recently they matched me with the shade Huahine. I tried it and it looks good and they recommended it because they said I have an olive undertone yet others say I have a warm undertone. Have you ever tried this shade and what are your thoughts, thanks!!!!!

Does Pat pill over siliconey primers? Not pure silicone but something like Hourglass Mineral veil or Tatcha silk canvas? What’s keeping me from buying NARS is I’ve heard it sits weird over primer.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but NARS looked terrible on my skin! Like I could not figure it out. My skin looked dry and more textured. And I don’t have problem skin…. PML foundation is THAT girl!!!! Love!

Hmm I try to wash it every 1.5 weeks.
I’ll spot clean it in between washes.
