I'm subbing you.I noticed that many others are on board too. Now I see why 😀.. Thanks, and keep it coming..
Hello Philip, thank you so much for such a nice comment. It's great to have you here! P.s. I just uploaded a new adventure, which should be online today. Have a great day.
G’day again from AUSTRALIA. I enjoyed watching your finds become unearthed and back into the sunlight. I found the “hook” interesting too. Thank you. Andy
Our faithful buttons. Some interesting finds in this location. You have cleaned them up beautifully, just like the horse shoe. I'm glad your assistants are happy. They must love their days out. X
Hello Francesca, thank you! My assistants enjoy every minute outside. Unfortunately we are taking a short break right now... but I hope that everything goes back to normal soon.
Thank you John, this time the thimble cleaned up very nice. Usually they are made of copper, but the plated layer must have provided good protection. Take care! :)
Hi,I just discovered your channel today and I LOVE it! All the beauty of the forest, the excitement of the tones, the dig, the finds And no tedious chitchat, droning on or “Banter” This is my new “Mindfulness” relaxation Heaven Thank you so much ❤️👊🏼🙏🏼
Thank yo Harold, I was fortunate to find some nice random places, but it's not that easy as it may look like. There are huge forest areas with nothing but "emptiness"... I guess, too many places have been modified, finds could still exist there, but they are probably out of reach for current detecting technology...
@@MetalDetecting24 I'm glade you have places to go like that here all private property or government land cannot detect on you views are just so nice and lucky to be in nature. Good hunting and Blessings to you.
How friend! Great video. The questionable item might be a door stop. That's my guess. Love the thimble! Also the buckle. Such a treat to see these forgotten and list items. Thank you for another great hunt! Hope you were on time for your train. Have a great weekend!
Hello Dee, thank you for the suggestion. Hmm, interesting... I miscalculated the time buffer a bit and had to hurry up in the end. It almost ended up badly, as I cranked my leg on a trail. Fortunately nothing happened, but it was close...
Hello Mr Md 24, A lot of Great FindsThis Hunt The horseshoe turned out Awesome, I Think My Favorite Finds Were The Big Bird Ring And The Thimble . If Trees Could Talk A lot of Stories they Would Tell . Thanks Again For The Video Stay Safe And Have Good Weekend 🍂🍂🍁👍😊
Thank you Wendy! I'm satisfied with one side of the horseshoe, but the back could have been done better. I will have to get other tools for the future. I wish you a great weekend as well!
HI MR MD24,another superb hunt my friend, that horse shoe is beautiful, love the buttons and the shiny button is really nice, that buckle is quality, but the star for me was that thimble and cleaned up superb.stay safe and well, have a great weekend............HAPPY HUNTING
I think the horseshoe turned out like a new one would look. It looks like it was just lost! Did a stunning job. I remember paying my rent with those 2 mark coins. I wish I had kept a couple.
Thank you Mary, I will have to get different cleaning tools for things like a horseshoe. I wish the backside was done better. For some reason I'm not finding many "Deutsche Mark" coins. To be honest, I would expect this to be the opposite for a currency that lasted from 1948 until 2001. Have a great day.
@@MetalDetecting24 I still had one Mark coin from my last time in Germany. I made a silicone mold of it and cast earrings. The girls that are of German decent that work at the German restaurant here love them. It is a family place and a real market attached.
The attack of ten thousand trees! It sounded like you were near a stream or a steady roadway. Some industrial noise…a dam? …and an airplane! And still in thick woods. Raspberries made me think someone used to live close. Nice buckle and mystery object😀
Thank you, you are right, a road was down there (somewhere), a stream probably as well! The raspberries serve unfortunately no "real" purpose (apart from keeping people from the woods), they are just wild. No one really collects them either, which always surprises me. People prefer to go into a supermarket and buy expensive fruits, that have been sprayed with chemicals.
Very nice thimble. Rarely found in that good of condition. Can you run the numbers on that old, very large bird ring or is it too old? Might be interesting to find out, 1957 wow. ✌️😎
Thank you, I'm not 100% sure if that's the date, but it could be the case. I tried to find out more about it, but it wasn't easy. There are some other examples on the internet, with people speculating about similar rings.
Another buckle….nice! The ‘hook’ piece reminds me of a pull to release…what no clue. If so it would have been attached to a metal cable. Any other guesses? 🤔 🤓
Thank you Lois, it must have a "pull" function. I thought it might have been attached to something made of wood (maybe a lid of an old can, or something similar).
Hello, I don't speak French, but I could translate your comment. I'm glad you liked the video, please come back today evening for a new adventure :). Cheers!
Hello Jackie, as "Detektorist85" said... I'm marking the better finds with a GPS receiver. The hand signals are helping me to ID the footage later. They are also showing that every find was made in the exact same order as I'm showing it (something that is very important to me).
Thank you David, a huge area was covered in raspberry plants, which was impossible to access. Fortunately this isn't the norm where I live now (but it was different when I started detecting years ago). Greetings to Canada!
Hey just started watching your videos. Love them are you hearing impaired? Just wondering what the device u use to hear your detector. Verry cool finds
Hello, no I can hear. I'm just using a special microphone to record audio in a way a human would hear (to provide a realistic experience). Have a great day.
The mystery object looks like what's left of an old fishing rod. I believe it's the handle. I have one and mine has a cork handle on It. Looks very similar.
I am a little late getting to your video from 10 days ago. I gave up watching metal detecting here in the states to watch your videos. Yours videos are so much more enjoyable, interesting and pleasantly made. I am still waiting for you to find that one rare thing to make you rich. Oh, one more thing, are you making these videos near where you live? Your time is so crucial. Do you travel the train home or are you going to work by train? Also, are you picking up the last train where you are going? Just wondering. I would love you to find jewelry. I'm an old 70 year old, full of questions. Keep God in that big heart of yours and I will try to keep up with your videos. God Bless You.

Love that buckle! Mystery find reminds me of a old window latch, the type that fold out. I could be way off though. Great hunt.
Thank you, it could have been be something "window related"... Who knows, it makes sense. Have a great day.
Lovin-it, & thanks for another great hunt. Nice looking horseshoe & interesting finds. Good job.

The horse shoe looks great! I’ve only found pieces. I can’t wait to find a whole shoe.
Thank you, I'm sure it's just a matter of time until you find a whole horseshoe. I find broken parts from time to time as well.

I was afraid the branches was going to tie up your ankles and not let you go! Lol
Hello Cynthia, I was afraid too! I thought the forest will catch me for good at some point :).
Could the “handle” piece be the handle of a candle holder?
Hello Lorhetta, thank you very much for watching and your suggestion. I don't know if that's the case, but it could be possible.

That's very often the case :). Thanks for watching!
What do the hand signals mean?
Numbers of POI (Point Of Interest)😉

3:33 perhaps the vultures?
I'm sure you are right. Pigeons are the only birds I'm able to identify :D.
That dense parts of the forest is more like ours in Canada, very hard to swing a detector in.
Thank you David, a huge area was covered in raspberry plants, which was impossible to access. Fortunately this isn't the norm where I live now (but it was different when I started detecting years ago).

The handle could be from a cane. Nice finds.
Thank you Betty. I would agree with you, but it would be very small for such purpose. Well, who knows :).

Hello James, that's true :).
I just don't like standing at the station for too long, I prefer to get there just before a train arrives.
I'm sure that's not a horse shoe. Maybe an Oxen shoe or possibly a Mule.. Not a horse.
