Went to a college fair in New Orleans recently and was blessed by seeing this college but im only a freshman but i just KNOW its the perfect school for me. Any tips??
To get your private pilot’s license (which you need to get a commercial license and multi engine rating) and all that follows, it’s around 100k USD or more depending on how long it takes you. That’s standard but I guess it must be more at ERAU.
I want to go here, but my standardized test scores aren't the best, can I still get in? Could you share yours so that I get an Idea of where to aim at? Thanks for the tour the campus is amazing!
@@MissAlyssa hey, im in highschool in florida, im still figuring out how college works, but this seems like my dream college atm. I don’t entirely know how scholarships work but assuming above average gpa and grades and scores and i can get scholarships, that would relief a very good amount of the price it costs to go here?
basically as longer u maintain a high gpa, APs and sat scores many scholarships will be available to you. Talk to your counselor about that also, if u are a first graduate student from ur family or immigrant u can get extra benefits from embry riddle. (Which is my case)
Right now speaking, I’m applying in this uni! I hope by Spring 2025 I’ll be in that amazing place🙏🏿 May you guys tell me the rate at which ERAU grants scholarships for international students🙏🏾 do I stand a chance?
Class of '23 here. I got an ROTC scholarship with the Air Force. 4 years of a military service commitment to pay for your education isn't bad at all. I don't regret my decision at all.
ERAU is not a good school to transfer into. I have seen so many people who completed all their general education courses at a community college and Riddle will only accept half of it. For ERAU its cheaper to do it all four years
@Clint Hinrichs I am thinking of doing something similar and just got accepted into ERAU. Are you serving after your 4 years or did you do it before? Also about how much of a scholarship does it give
I am currently in the MBA program right now as an undergrad and it is a great program, I have seen many opportunities for Masters Students every day. They send out emails and have a career expo twice a year! Plus great Staff!
Damn I really want to go to this school SO BAD. I have a 3.92 Unweighted GPA (3.95 Weighted GPA) But I was not so lucky with ACT (Got a 17, very sad) So I probably won't be submitting that score. I'm planning to take the SAT in the future, hoping to get at least 1100. Also I don't have any extra curricular activities and I feel like if I don't have anything, they'll just choose someone else. Anyone have advice for me to get accepted?
Can i get my ATP licence studying in this university ? I also heard about the scholarships given to international Students. Do i have to live in dorm for first years ??
Can I apply for both mechanical and aerospace in this university¿ Actually I want to become a pilot but if I fail at this for any reason(mainly for money) then I can choose other profession with the help of mechanical and aerospace
I don’t think you can do both at the same time but you can do one or the other. I wanna be a pilot too but if for whatever reason my medical gets taken away I want a fallback plan.
It’s roughly 60k a year. If you have your private already you get you skip to your sophomore year worth of classes aka your IFR. And if I am not mistaken when you get to your CFI1 and you get some sort of financial aid because you essentially do embryo’s job for them.
@@robbiecoleman4940 im looking to be a pilot, whats the best steps to go about that? Should I get licenses or do anything before going to this college to save money or time?
From Kenya by God's grace my son will join this university come the year 2025 to pursue his passion✈️✈️
I just sent my application there! It’s nice to see other Africans going there too. Greetings from Congo 🇨🇩
that's awesome!! I want to go the same year too!!

Thank you for the tour!! I’m going here in Fall 2022, can’t wait :)
We can’t wait to have you! Congrats on getting accepted! Let me know if you have any questions!
me too :)
Yuhhh
do yk what SAT score u need to get inorder to get a scolarship?
What was your gpa
Wow, I almost don’t recognize the place. Looks AMAZING! Can’t imagine what it must cost these days. Around 100k (assuming four years) 15 years ago.
basically double that now
@@anthonylabarbera3656
i thought it’s 20-25k per year right now?
@@silver8550 nope its like 50-60k per year
Oh i Also go to Embry-Riddle Daytona I fly planes there.

Don't immediately dismiss other colleges just because you love one... I almost made that mistake.
Do u have any idea how much money does it take in commercial pilot licence in embry riddle and also what are the room and mess charges?
I’m personally a business major so I’m not sure about pilots but I will be making a video shortly!
@@MissAlyssa k no problem thanks maybe I'll be joining in October fall love ur vids ❤

Personally, I only took ACT and scored a 20. But honestly, I don't think it helped me get it only helped with scholarships.

Do you know anything of the people who drill there in the national guard and whether they drill on campus?
Not sure about National Guard but ROTC drills on campus

What would you recommend for going 200k in loans? It seems overwhelming, but I REALLY want to go here

Apply apply apply for scholarships! Once you in college make connections you will be surprise who will pay for ur education

Just Apply! Have good grades and a passion for anything. I had an okay ACT score, good grades and no idea about aviation and I got it!
Is it worth doing mba aviation management?
How well are the job offers for mba students?

Hey
I applied for masters (aerospace engineering)
And I have a gpa above 3
Do I have a chance getting an admission
Here
Im not sure, you can always call admissions. I work at the College of Business currently
Are you applying as an undergraduate? If so, based on answers on the internet, you should be fine. A good SAT score should help.

Do you think Can I get in with a 3.2 gpa I’m only a sophomore though so I have time to get it up also
I have a 3.6 and just got accepted. Just try to get yours a little higher I think you definitely have a shot
If you are doing aviation try and get your private it will help alot

Are there scholarships for international students?
Usually, after you pass the SAT, you can get scholarship offers from CollegeBoard or CommonApp as long as you sign up for notifications.
Pls let me know....I hope most of my doubts would be clear
What doubts do you have?
Noice!
