It's hilarious how salty he gets every time he loses a match; gets his boss monster first turn twice along with multiple Pot of Greed/Graceful Charity, and says it's unfair that she has any card destruction traps in her deck.
When yugioh came out, and battle city was coming out, and they introduce Serenity, while we were all hype about the God Cards. My "Otaku" friend in high school claim Serenity will have the most powerful deck ever because Japan doesnt just name a character Serenity unless she is going to be OP. She will beat both Yugi and Kaiba with their god cards in a 1 v 2 duel to show she is OP. Then we saw her deck and my friend shut the F up afterwards.
Just subscribed and I love the Z-tier decks. It's exactly what I was looking for in terms of content. I find it interesting how any of these characters actually won their duels
I still find it funny how Tea is the only character in the entire franchise to have a perfect win record (even if one of those wins was handed to her and she would have lost otherwise). :P She technically dueled a total of four times, on-screen. First beating Joey twice in the first episode, then against Mai in Duelist Kingdom, and then her final duel was against Crump in the Virtual World arc.
@@Nionivek Because at the time he was a complete beginner who barely understood the rules, and he had nothing but monster cards in his deck (all of which were things like Battle Warrior & Kagemusha of the Blue Flame, as in, low level normal monsters with low ATK/DEF). He didn't have a single Spell or Trap card in his deck at that point, only monsters, as pointed out by Yugi himself when he looked through Joey's deck to give him advice. That's why Yugi giving Joey his Time Wizard was as big of a deal as it was, as Time Wizard was one of his very first effect monsters. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if, during the times he was dueling Tea, Joey's absolute strongest monster was Baby Dragon (or, potentially Flame Swordsman). And even with how weak Tea's deck was overall, she at least understood the value of Spells & Traps, so she almost certainly had an answer even to something like Flame Swordsman in her deck.
@@gamester512 true, although he didnt get baby dragon untill he was on the boat to duelist kingdom. he traded some of his cards with NPCs. He got salamandra, kunai with chain, baby dragon and shield and sword, which all became staples in his deck (yugi gave him timewizard right after, cause it worked with babydragon). and before that, he became solomons student and did some training off-screen, where he got his other cards (like grave robber and spiked trap hole)
If I remember right, Serenity came out during the Big Five arc. Tea had to fight Crump, the second of the Big Five, while Serenity and Duke Devlin lost Tristan to Nesbitt, the fourth of the Big Five (and as a penalty, lost his body while his mind was stuck in a robot toy chimp; when the Big Five share his body in their duel against Yugi and Joey, he says in disbelief, "They're sharing my body like a corporate condo!").
For Susu's punishment, when you guys do the next character battle involving a female character, he should wear the costume/outfit of that female character while dueling

So what I’m learning from this is that the reason Tea didn’t duel much wasn’t because she wasn’t a great duelist, but because the world needed to be protected from her insane power level.
i'm from Lithuania, and Yu-gi-oh is my childhood, these battles bring back so many memories, keep doing what you do. next duel i would like to see is Noah vs Kaiba
U guys should do the duel when Bakura faced Yugi in the forest of Duelist Kingdom and put everyone’s spirits into their favorite cards. One of my favorite duels ever and the duel that got me into Yugioh.
Funny thing you never really think about much until you look back at DM but Serenity and Tristian are actually perfect for each other in the sense that both played the game but neither actually were true Duelists at heart. Their only anime duels are during Virtual World when they are up against the body-snatching Robotic Knight. Otherwise, both seem to be happier in the real world doing practical stuff compared to their friends and siblings. They also both have almost no synergy in the cards they chose for their decks and mostly rely on fun/themes that suit them. Tristians being cyborgs and Serenity's being anything to do with extra optics which given her nearly going blind makes some sense at least. XD Anyway very fun duels and can't wait to see the next part of the Z-tier series.

Don't forget that Joey literally took a literal sun god to the face and still stood like a champ. If it wasn't for Marik being evil, Joey would have easily won the duel against him.
Here's the kicker: Joey never held a millennium item, wasn't rich, wasn't possessed by an ancient pharaoh, his grandfather didn't own a card shop, and he still held his own against the best.
Fairy's Gift did not have a effect in the anime but she did in the video game Reshef of Destruction. Her video game effect was gain 1000LP and is a decent monster to use in the game if you win spell cards like Black Pendent and Malevonent Nuzzler from the early game sub-boss duelists like Panik and The Puppeteer of Doom.
Lol the Tea, and Atem date, funniest thing about that is Yu-gi set them up cause he wanted to date Tea, she didn't like yugi like that so yugi tricked Atem to go on a date with her.

I could've sworn that the lifegain/burn deck was Rebecca's, not Tea's. Didn't Tea only really have a knockoff Dark Magician Girl deck in the filler penguin dude's duel?
I think in the old GBA games she might have actually used DMG, but even if that was the "only time", that anime duel was her most competitive duel. She had a duel in one of the first episodes against Joey, and another where Mai intentionally lost to boost Yugi's morale/pay him back, but basically all she did in either of those duels was summon a vanilla. If it weren't for Yugi using DMG in his main deck, it would pretty much be Tea's ace. Both DMG and Mana look very similar to Tea, and support Yugi/Atem. There are a couple of old cards she can probably include with higher stats: Dark Elf, Gemini Elf, and Spirit of the Harp. She likely intentionally had the weakest cards because she was supposed to be one of, if not the weakest Duelist in the GBA games (Along with Tristan and Mokuba).
First off his voice acting as an ad, he could definitely be a voice actor for a LittleKuriboh. Second, she should have to wear some type of animal pajamas, similar to what they did to Joey. And third I would love to see Atem vs yuri(arc v)
Cyber Angels are still strong in Drytrons, but a pure Cyber Angel deck without Heralds would be very interesting...kinda makes me wish Benten wasn't so splashable. Harpies are hit or miss. They tend to use their engine to go into Rank 4 Raidraptor or previously Simorgh, but thanks to Claw Slash they can have a pure strategy as well. Pure Harpies vs Pure Cyber Angels could be interesting. I am leaning on Cyber Angels because their monsters are beefier and Harpie's Hunting Ground sadly only affects backrow (Harpies could use another Field Spell already...)
Just the kind of duel I wanted to see! Serenity VS Tea is something that would be cool in the show to see both improve from just 'girlfriend' to full Yuzus in their own right! Also I will always respect Serenity for choosing to make a theme deck even when her body was about to be snatched Lol Cyberworld was a weird arc.

Destiny Board is actually pretty good against alternate win strategies. The Exodia deck would have to consistently be able to search a piece of Exodia each turn, otherwise it would be too slow to set sangan and pass. If this was a FTK Exodia deck, then it would be no fun, but a traditional Exodia deck would get crushed unless it used Incarnate, then it would probably be a good match.

Destiny Board is actually pretty good against alternate win strategies. The Exodia deck would have to consistently be able to search a piece of Exodia each turn, otherwise it would be too slow to set sangan and pass. If this was a FTK Exodia deck, then it would be no fun, but a traditional Exodia deck would get crushed unless it used Incarnate, then it would probably be a good match.
The duel i would like to see is Alexis Rhodes (anime) vs Chazz Princeton (anime). Jen as Alexis and Susu as Chazz.
another great anime duel can be Sora Perse vs Shay Obsidian AND I love watching these duels xD i guess the loser has to go to a card shop and try to sell a common graceful charity for an expensive price lololol
