- As we welcome the New Year 5785 in the Jewish calendar, I fondly remember the thrilling adventure of creating my very first dish, inspired by my dad’s culinary challenge on New Year’s Eve when I was just 17. With determination and creativity, I blended flavors and experimented with textures, ultimately inventing a recipe that not only showcased my budding cooking skills but also captured the warmth and joy of family gatherings. That year became a cherished memory, marking the beginning of my culinary exploration and deepening my love for cooking.
I called my mum in irdwr to remember all the details, can assureyou that it was very exeptionl as they never ate sweet&sorrows dishes😅
They not only ate it but they loved it, since then my mum maked it as she made it today !
I wish everyone a great year full of joy and great moments together, and of course for all the hostages to be back home safely🎗️ 🎗️🎗️
