Wow what a man!! This take on the business aspects of Film, his rationale and logic is completely different from rest of the lot. Its so refreshing and pure.. He is such a great story teller. feeling proud that someone from Telugu Industry is taking cinema places.. I feel even more prouder to be Telugu
Absolutely blown away by Rana's way of thinking. Especially the way he spoke about the diversification in the south, unlike Bombay, was way too deep. I never miss watching this guy's interviews.
This guy is gem of Telugu film industry with bunch of film making knowledge he will really takes the telugu and Indian cinema to next level u can see 'kaliki 'movie which is prabhas upcoming movie is an example
Thank you anupama garu for doing the interview with the cool Rana Daggubati. He always talks about our South indian culture, the importance of our languages in our daily life and the pride we take while talking in our languages because these are the things that keeps us alive..It was a wonderful interview. We really miss you in the South...Please keep doing more interviews here too anupama garu🙏.
Seriously, this guy couldn't emote to save his life, and let's not even talk about his brother who gifted Telugu people the year's biggest disaster. I'm genuinely torn between who takes the crown for the worst actor Rana or his brother. 😂
Telugu industry has brought india its first oscar and golden globe! and its popularity is growing and how! Prabhas, Mahehs Babu and Allu Arjun having their own wax statues at the Madame Tussauds is a testimony for the great reach of Telugu cinema and the amount of hardwork people in Hyderabad put .
Satyajit Ray became the first Indian to win an Oscar in 1992 for his outstanding contributions to the world of cinema. Your comment shows the impact of consuming excessive low-quality Telugu cinema on one's knowledge.
@@toyotachevroIet4972 no doubt Satyajit ray is great filmmaker and transformed Indian cinema but he received it as honorary oscar, it's more like a lifetime award than academy award of that year.. You can't actually compare both as they are totally for different purpose
@@Ss-cp1uk no dude! This car wallah is a xenophobic hater of everything Telugu cinema and a blind supporter of Kerala cinema, look at his description. It's a clear depiction of his insecure feeling and jealous! No result in making him understand a thing😂
It's idiotic that Anupama is interspersing her conversation here with Rana with Hindi, even though she knows he doesn't speak Hindi well, while she is absolutely fine with talking entirely in English with a north indian star cast.
Beyond his portrayal of Baahubali, he maintains a relatively unremarkable track record in Telugu cinema. His acting prowess is mediocre at best, and he tends to gravitate towards larger-than-life spectacle films, where the captivating visuals can manipulate the audience's perception to compensate for his limited emotive abilities.
@@toyotachevroIet4972 agree about his acting prowess part He is neither a good actor nor a box office draw.. he gets more attention in bollywood than in the Telugu industry, but he is a good producer. Has produced significant good films in short time
@naveengokarla9518 He didn't actually produce those movies, his production company distributed them. The true recognition should be given to the directors and producers who worked tirelessly on these films. with many other state actors looking for opportunities in Telugu cinema like dulquer, parvathi etc Telugu cinema is surely the taste of the time1 and i see Telugu actors who are multi tasking like Adivi Sesh, Rana Daggubati, Nani, all phenomenal actors and toch bearers of Telugu cinema. Telugu actors are also very secure whenver they are in a interview they quote non -telugu movvies while actos from other industries like Tamil & malayalam quote their own films and wrongly think only they make great films. well! And don't even get me started on Adivi Sesh and his plagiarism antics! 🙄 Major was a total flop up North! 😂👎
Language has a deep impact not only on the thought process but also on the personality. Vernacular Educated people are more grounded to their cultural roots with respect to the English Educated. The Macaulay Education System for over a century has colonized the minds of the English Educated. I think that Bollywood is highly Macaulaized. The worst part is that Bollywood expects even the audience to think like Macaulay. Cinema can be considered as a modern playground of NATYASHASTRA which has evolved from The Sanatan Dharmic Philosophy and thought process. Therefore the use of Language makes a huge difference.
