Remember to leave a potholder or something over your oven hot handle. I once grabbed it without thinking and found out what a very bad burn was like. Gruesome!

You forgot to mention what degree or temperature of the oven so I made sure the potatoes are tender when I put it on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender
