1. Pick the easiest passage 2. For a paragraph: read until you understand 3. Questions, theories/research point, trigger words, conclusions 4. Main Idea, tone, author's opinion 5. Skip lists 6. SubVocalize
I struggle with time. Some-freaking-how, I got 33 on the Reading the first time I took the ACT. Now I'm trying to retake it, and as I'm practicing, I'm running out of time. Must have gotten lucky on my first ACT!
Is not not easy for people to finish reading the whole passage and have time to answer questions? On every practice and practice test I have had extra time on the reading. It’s easier(for me) to read the whole thing because I don’t have to look back and meticulously search for the answer to a question. I can just answer it and flip back and double check myself.
@@MeMe-po1ze I think the scale was really crazy this testing period. I missed only four in the Math section and I got a 710, on a different testing date it is possible I could've gotten a higher score.
