How to Run HCW from Powershell | Version of Client Access Server selected is not Supported

- The Version of the Client Access Server selected is not Supported. Hybrid Configuration Wizard requires RU 23 or RU 24 update. While updating to RU24, we get the error message "Setup Wizard for Update Rollup 24 for Exchange Server 2010 SP3 ended prematurely". If somehow we succeed in installing RU24 update, HCW still fails to run.
I recommend you to watch the complete video to understand the alternate trick to install HCW easily:
Easy Steps explained in detail with practical in the video:
1) For RU24, use Command Prompt to install it.
2) For HCW, use Powershell to bypass version check of .net framework 4.6.2
