Welcome to Albuquerque!! Well the Rio grande is a good place to start. It’s been real dry lately so I’ve been discovering some new spots myself. My advice is the best way to fish the Rio Grande is to find deep spots along the river side and look for laydowns. You run the risk of getting snagged but any structure you are guaranteed some bass or catfish. Best of luck. 🔥
Grew up in Alb and never even heard white bass were living in the Rio Grande. A friend once caught a catfish a couple inches shy of 2 feet! It was huge
There’s a bunch of different species in there. It’s pretty cool. By the way thanks for your support and don’t forget to check out the new video. Tight lines 👍🏼
This spot is definitely not hard to find it’s a high traffic spot it gets fished by a lot of people all you gotta do is a little digging and you’ll find it. That’s the fun of fishing finding new areas. I challenge you guys to find it and send me pictures of your catches. 👍🏼 #goodvibes
Dont worry The water Plant Dosent Harm the River or the Fish There It`s Actually 1 of the Cleanest Fresh water Stream in New Mexico its so Clean That scientist Actually Drink That Water Dont recommend Tho
Nice white bass action!! that salmon looked bomb man!! You can cure that salmon with water, sugar, and salt..make some sticky rice and lay a cut of the cured salmon on top and bamm there's your sushi bro
I always laugh because everyone who fishes in Albuquerque has watched this video in an attempt to replicate what you all did with no success 😂😂😂 instead of just doing their own thing like you guys did and crush it. I’ve caught some massive carp and catfish in there but not much else. Maybe a dink bass here and there. Allegedly there’s walleye in there but I’d have to see it to believe it.
Where are you at? It doesn't look familiar to me
Found the spot
Just getting into fishing in ABQ
Don’t know any spots in town, if you don’t mind sharing!

I don’t believe the game and fish stocks them there they come from the river. I think they migrate from other places to be honest.
