The closest thing we have to a new DKC game right now is a fan game called "Donkey Kong Country: The trilogy" it's a fan game made in the original SNES art style with all four of the main Kongs playable. I recommend checking it out.

Playing this at 1.5x speed is the same as the original but listening to it normally and at 1.5x speed actually sound good with the reverb. Good job
