HOMEMADE Crispy Crunchy Salmon Fish Fingers in the Air Fryer | How to Make Fish Fingers

These salmon Fish Fingers are so perfectly golden and crunchy it's hard to believe they're Air Fried rather than fried! super crispy outside and tender on the inside. YUM!

Ingredients,
1 pound boneless, skinless salmon (cut into strips)
Salt and pepper 1/2 tsp each or to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg whisked
For the coating,
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions:
cut salmon into strips and add to a bowl.
Add salt and pepper, cornstarch and whisked egg and mix to coat salmon strips.
to a bowl, add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper and mix well.
coat each piece of salmon strips with the breadcrumb mixture. shake off excess.
Spray or brush oil all over the coated salmon strips.
spray or brush oil the Air fryer Basket and add coated salmon strips in a single layer.
Air Fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, turn the salmon strips over and Air Fry until crispy to likeness.
ENJOY with your favorite sauce!
