This session provides tips and best practices on interviewing as a neurodivergent candidate. Neurodivergent panelists from Bank of America will share their experiences from interviewee to interviewer.
Diana Nicholson
Diana Nicholson leads the Compliance and Operational Risk team that covers the Client Services, Customer Assistance, Retail Transformation and the Prepaid Operations businesses. Her team is responsible for overseeing adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and standards including monitoring and testing of the business controls and processes.
Diana joined Bank of America in 2005 as Personal Banker in the Financial Center. During her 15 years at the company, Diana has worked in a variety of CSBB business and Risk roles including the Paycheck Protection Program, Financial Center, Complaints, Small Business Specialized Sales and Social Media.
Diana received her MBA from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from University of the Pacific. Diana is bilingual in Spanish and enjoys to travel, paint and swim. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, daughter (9), son (6) and 7 pets.
Lenore Culpepper
Lenore Culpepper is a Small Business Region Executive for the Mid-Atlantic Region. In this position, she is responsible for managing 8 Small Business markets consisting of 120 associates. Lenore has established strong partnerships with senior leaders across the nation and in multiple lines of business to implement strategy and encourage innovation. She is intent on building enviable partnerships with other lines of business to deliver integrated and impactful solutions that encourage sustainable growth and superior execution of the Small Business Playbook.
Over the course of her career, Lenore has held several roles. A few of her previous roles were Performance Manager for SBA, Performance Manager supporting the Texas Region, and Small Business Banker Manager for two different markets. As a market manager, she was the Integration Small Business Champion, Practice Solutions and SBA Divisional Champion. She graduated from Leadership Mastery in 2018 and completed the Emerging Leader Program. Prior to becoming a manager, she served the DFW market as a Senior Small Business Banker for 4 years. As a Sr. SBB, Lenore was a 3X Pinnacle Winner and graduated from the North Texas Future Leaders Program and as an Advisor for the NTX Future Leader Program.
Lenore is Bank of America’s ambassador for small businesses within the community. Her priorities are to promote, protect, and enhance the Bank of America brand. Lenore is active in the Hispanic Business Council, BPG, LEAD for Women, Dallas Women’s Business Council, Chamber of Commerce, Classroom Central Board, and NAWBO. Lenore is committed to being a lifelong learning that has resulted in multiple certifications and awards that include Building a Business, Credit Certification, Certified Advanced Facilitator, Five-time Award of Excellence Winner, Numerous Top Producer Awards, Leadership Awards and Community Awards. Lenore is married to her best friend, Michael and has three wonderful children Mikey, Jonathan, and Addison.
Beth Butler Fadel J.D.
Beth has over 24 years of experience providing subject matter expertise to Fortune 50 companies in ADA Accommodations process and disability inclusion strategies. As a Disability Inclusion Consultant and Executive Director of DI-NC, Beth brings extensive experience in the private sector, including specialized expertise in balancing risk mitigation while promoting full accessibility to support the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce, marketplace and supply chain.
Since assuming the role of Executive Director for DI-NC in 2017, she has focused on recruiting and developing an active Board of Directors, with diverse representatives from North Carolina’s corporate community. Companies like Wells Fargo, Novant Health, Trane Technologies and Biogen also represent the diverse industries seeking to achieve disability inclusion and equality for all. These efforts promptly led DI-NC to being recognized as Disability:IN’s Affiliate of the Year in 2020. Legally blind since birth, Beth leverages her experiences both personally and professionally to challenge companies to think, act and lead differently.
