That mamaroo was LOVE!! It was the only way my nephew would go to sleep at night. I’m currently pregnant so I’m thinking about getting baby girl one because it does what a rocker and swing do for less space.
The 4 moms is awesome! I’m sure your baby will love it. I’m expecting our baby boy June 16th, I also got a lightweight bouncer that’s portable around the house…the 4 moms is portable but still a little heavy to move. I recommend a baby Bjorn to carry him so you can do things around the house since you are a stay at home mom. Blackout curtains in his nursery are a must…it get his biorhythms right for a schedule. He’s use to being in your dark womb and needs the light and dark to be regulated when he comes out…trust me on that one! So happy for you!
Definitely pack the little fan in your hospital bag! Even if you don't use it. Your temperature will fluctuate crazy in labor and especially during transition; that's going to help quite a lot. I just ordered mine and it arrived yesterday!

I would definitely take the fan to the hospital! After my first two I was so hot and they keep the temp warm for baby. I plan to take a fan for number 3 in October too!
Yess, my room was so warm and I was like sweating but they wouldn’t turn it down so it wasn’t too cold for baby. I attached the fan to the side of my bed and it really helped, especially when I was trying to sleep.
Not sure if you know but Mamaroos have had a few recalls i work at a Once Upon a Child so we have to look up stuff like this a lot , i would definitely look up the model # to be sure that’s it’s safe !! But i hope you have a safe and healthy birth 🫶🏽
Yes absolutely I think you should make individual postpartum baskets for basically every bathroom! It's so great that you already have the tucks pads and the dermoplast and the pads ready to go. If they only give you one peri (perineal) bottle then you should probably get a couple of more so you have one in each room. And then fill those babies with warm water! And just in case no one's mentioned it yet, the peri bottles are awesome for rinsing yourself during peeing *and* after. 💕
My hospital provided a fan for me and even let me take it home due to hygine and they couldnt reuse it, its best to ask! I did pack a fan but i forgot batteries and it died when i was in my 12th hour of labor 🥲
You'll need a diaper caddy in living room by couch. Once he starts getting bigger and moving around more, you'll change him wherever you can. It won't always been on a "changing station." We used our changing table ummmm probably never! Lol I always kept caddies in my bedroom too and changed our kids on the bed a lot. 🤷🏻♀️ Just reality....

I think you should return the car mirror and get a baby camera instead. They work a lot better and you can see your baby at night too 😊
The mirror can also make the car seat catch on fire from sun

My fan during the hospital stay was a life saver! It is so hot in those rooms and only thing that helped me sleep!
You should definitely look into blackout curtains for the baby room. They are a serious life saver for nap time and cars driving by at night.

You may enjoy using your little car diaper caddy inside because it’s so easy to take from one room to another. Everything is perfect!
