That’s so crazy that your doctor advised against raspberry leaf tea!! I’m sure you read in Mama Natural you can start as soon as 2nd trimester. I believe I started mid 3rd trimester with my firstborn. It just helps prepare your cervix which I think it worked for me. I did a ton of stuff and baby never sent me into labor so I was induced at 41+5 lol!

Oh my goodness so late! I ended up giving birth 8 days early so I guess I didn't need the raspberry leaf tea after all 😂
