I used it in a beanie (it’s linked in the little cards that float across the top corner of the video) and I’ve seen scarves and cardigans made from it as well :)
@funniful I want to make a jacket or cardigan with this stitch. Because of the nature of the stitch pattern, the garment will have to be a more "boxy" structure. I am thinking of trying to make it in one or two pieces, though the sleeves would be easy to seam and set in. This would make a really pretty scarf, also. If you made it from yarn that didn't have lots of stretch, a messenger bag or backpack would be cool. Narrow strips of fabric, cut on the grain work well. I made a knitted backpack from strips of quilting cotton, and it worked very well. Happy creating.
One of my favorite stitches for blankets. Thanks for sharing, Sarah.

I've used this stitch for rectangle wraps, beanies, cowls and scarves. Such an easy beautiful pattern ❤
Where can I find the written pattern? I like to have a printed pattern to reference. Thx
The written pattern is here: richtexturescrochet.com/waffle-stitch-crochet-pattern/ :)
