Just like HSR I play and built the team around character that I like but I still confuse with the mechanic/gameplay, My fav is Seth so what's the best character that synergies or carry him through almost every mode in the game? Another char that I like is Lighter, Miyabi, and Harumasa it'll be great if I can put them in the same team.

Reminds me of the Archer from Fate. IMO, better than Childe's motion since unlike him, Harumasa can seemlessly alter between bow and daggers mid-motion without pressing a button everytime.
Is he A Rank or S Rank Agents? Because to me if he was an S Rank it's a missed opportunity to not made him had 2 Ultimates with Arrow for Range and Dual Blade for Meele

I'd say m3 harumasa but I'd also wait till you learn what his m3 is from the early guides. Imo dps lighter isn't possible without m6, his m6 gives him a massive boost but before that it just makes him a better stunner, imo lighter is really good as a stunner, he gets on field and immediately starts stunning the enemy with his punches when he has moral, also while he is made for fire and ice teams, I had him on my billy/ceasar team and he was incredible so I really don't think its that rigid anyways, depending on the core skills both harumasa and lighter can work on the same team great

We'll have to see but considering that Miyabi's kit may have changed Soukaku's value just went up which would give the necessary Anomaly. I think people are focusing too much on Nagi because of the disorder and stacks.
