I like watching the chiropractic videos and then finding a video with the same patient getting a massage. Listening to the satisfying bone cracking of the adjustments and then with added massage that induces ASMR is a fantastic finishing touch.
This is huge. This, to me, is the quickest way to see if your Chiro is really trying to make you better, or just keep collecting money from you. Chiro + Massage and possibly PT is the trifecta for change. Just doing Chiro and not changing your recruitment patterns or behavioral patterns means you'll just go back to where you were in pain.

Since he was previously talking about the knee, so when he talked about the shoulder, he accidentally said ACL, which is the ligament in the knee, but what he was referring to in the shoulder was the AC joint (acromioclavicular joint)! Hope that helps! :)
