I saw this machine for the first time at my gym and I didn’t know how to use it, so when I attempted to use it the pads were clanging all over the place when I tried to work out my inner thighs 😂😂 Now I actually know how to use it, so thanks!

I use this machine a lot at the gym, but I never bring it back together to get out. Thank you for showing how to get off the machine. I always just kind of force my leg out of it (don't bring the two sides back together) and last night I pulled my knee doing that. I know it seems silly, but showing how to get in and get out is really helpful. I could have avoided that mistake had I seen your video earlier.

I have some serious pain with this excersice my instructor told to go 60kg my body weight is 78kg now since 2 days i cant able to walk or sleep properly.

Hi.. now I'm facing the same problem. Not able to walk , change leg position while sleeping, I'm even having difficulties in lifting my legs. Did you got recovered from the pain ?

Hate when I'm on a machine. And right across from me, close, there will be a girl on the inner outer leg machine (leg spreading machine) .. like i feel so awkward. I don't know where to look. I don't want her to feel awkward.

This machine strengthens your abductor muscles (outer thigh) and your abductor muscles (inner thigh).
Cardio burns fat.

you cant target fat loss to specific areas of the body by using certain machines or doing certain exercises. just eat in A calorie deficit

The first day i tried the outer thigh, i could do it with 70kg on the very first day, why is that so much easy or our outer thigh are strong
