What about offense medical examination? I was injured by an 89 year old woman behind the wheel. Not only physically injured but I am mentally injured. My attorney who is representing me to the opposing women’s insurance company suggested this appointment. Should I still ONLY answer questions asked? The appointment is on my side, it seems. Should it go smoother?

Wonderful video. Thank you sir. I have a question, and if you have the time to answer I will be extremely grateful. If a plaintiff has suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car wreck, what is the usual reason the defense attorneys will require you to be tested by a Neuropsychologist? Do they try to disapprove your case, or are they seeking to know the extent of the TBI, temporary or permanent? Thank you.

It should be Physical Exam, not Medical in California..several limitations on the Exams.
