When I was a kid, I thought life and world is like this picture, like in Disney cartoons, safe and nice. Sadly life and world isn't like that I imagined, but every time I see these type of pictures or music, it's my safe zone.

My mom used to make us watch every disney movie when I was a kid. We have a whole collection of film etc. I remember myself how the disney world amazes me everytime. One of my biggest dreams is going to disneyland with my mom when I started to earn my money. I lost her 4 months ago with an accident. I still want to see disneyland, now for me and for her. Love you mom

Hey, I know this is gonna sound random. But, I really love this comment. Wait idk how it’s gonna sound random but anyways. I live in Florida, and I visit Orlando a lot. We often go to the theme parks there like universal and Disney. I hope one day you can go. I know the prices are absurd, even if my family can afford it. Even with that, Disney is so magical. Especially at night, during sunset. Too, even going to just Disney springs or the board walk is magical. I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone, but sometimes I feel like I’m in one of those Disney movies. And I hope you get the chance to go to the Disney parks, to have fun and experience that feeling of a safe place. And I just wanna let you know that I will be praying for you, and that you’re mom even though dead, will always be with you! God bless, goodnight, morning, afternoon, or whatever. Most of all, have a good rest of your life. You probably won’t read this since I wrote a lot, but hope you do:’)

I grew up in the 80s and 90s when Disney films were still wonderful and made you feel cozy and safe. I'm not a big fan of Disney movies today but I will forever cherish the memories of classic Disney. Thank you for this♥️

There is something about that nostalgic feeling. Disney always brings back fond memories of my childhood. It's nice to be able to take some time to go back in time and be reminded of that childlike feeling. Thank you for sharing with us! May we never lose that sense of childlike wonder.
One of my simpler goals in life is to have a rocking chair by a fireplace, a cat on my lap as I knit, listening to music such as this. Unfortunately I currently only have the knitting and this music, but at least this makes me feel like I’m there

I miss my 1960 and 70s childhood perched on my elbows in front of the TV watching Disney. Life was so simple and ideal. I thought my future would be like that. While it hasn’t been I will always cherish the wonderful memories. Can’t take those from me. 😊

I’m fifteen years old, and I still live in my childhood years. I don’t consider it living in the past because I’m moving on with my life and discovering new things, yet I love to reconnect with movies and activities I used to do when I was a lot younger. I just want to say for everyone, life is what you make it. I choose to see life as a fantasy, and you can genuinely achieve anything you desire, only if you want it enough to work extremely hard for it. Life can be marvelous, you just have to enjoy every single thing. See beauty in everything you come across, there’s nothing quite like it. I was in a museum the other day observing the live animals they keep there, and I stood there entranced. There were beautiful animals, I was stunned to see a creature so complex and unique. Everybody walked by within five seconds, not truly enjoying or appreciating what the world offers their eyes. Maybe if you stopped and absorbed it all, you’d feel differently.
Man, I'm exactly the same, is like my clon, I'm watching the movies, series, games that used to watch, cause it remembered a times where every thing was perfect, perfect until my grandfather passed away because a cancer, then my fathers decided unfortunately to move of home and I lost all the relationships that struggled to make in my old school, that new home was really bigger but it was my grandfather's home, and after a while I decided to rewatch those old entertainment, it started to be a rutine, I thought also that I wasn't stuck in the past, but I realized that I was lying my self, and found out that while I was remembering the past I was forgetting to live the present and make new memories by the present, now sometimes I remember those times, but every day, I'm making new memories and building a brighter future, to hit all my goals that I set...

A lot of people miss the part of their life where it was just perfect: no fights, no drama, no stress, no sadness or depression etc. Just the part where they would always be happy everyday cause it was a new day that you wanted to live.
Sometimes I too want to go back in time, but it’s impossible. So instead of always being sad that it won’t happen again, I try remaking the things I used to do when I was younger. For example: Watching Sleeping Beauty when I got to my grandparents house on the couch with a blanket. Play legos when It was a rainy and cloudy day. Go in the garden acting like I was Pocahontas or some character that I imagined. Play water games in a park with my old best friend group.
Just do that once a month, every month you choose a random day (or for example every last day of the month) where you chill and do the things you used to do back then. It really feels good and nostalgic to do that, cause you can still experience those moments even tho if it’s not with the same people, in the same place etc. ❤
