Some failures just need to be shared

I was printing a large wheel for a filament buffer when a tangle in filament roll caused the whole roll to be pulled out of the cabinet and onto the bed. The greatest part is the tangle was self induced as I was testing a MMU feeder without a buffer and tangled it during a test and didn't notice, the part I am printing was for a filament buffer!

Yeah I had been testing a Multi Material unit and don’t have a buffer so it allowed the spool to get tangled and I missed it.
