Make your class 9 maths concepts real clear.. its used in 10th too.. you don't need any reference books.. just buy a question bank in 10th.. Practise maths daily.. daily literally means daily.. not even leaving a day.. And most important.. practise anxiety control and time management during exams.. give numerous sample papers.. We had 2 pre boards I scored 39/40 and 40/40 in each of them but during my board exam.. i couldn't control anxiety and it led to some silly mistakes.. and got 37/40.. so give 15-20 mock tests if u want to score 40/40 in maths.. and no one knows next year's pattern so practise in both ways subjective and objective.. Subjective means presentation and explaining by writing and objective means speed.. Enjoy studying..
