Grenada experiences severe flooding once again

The Ministry of Infrastructure deployed teams across the island on Tuesday to clear impassable roads and erect caution signs following flooding and landslide caused by persistent overnight and early morning rainfall as a result of a surface trough.

People of Grenada give all thanks glory and praise for allowing you to go through this flooding it could have been worse, so take heed to yourselves, all of you,,God does at time's send warning to nations and people, through calamities, warning them to repent off their sins and accept Jesus as their savor john 3;16 remember the days of Noah, he preached for 120 years, warning the people, to repent from their wicked ways and turn to God,but they laugh him to scorn, and the flooding came,and all the people died,except Noah and his family, genesis chapter 6_9 people of Grenada and the prime Minister and government, after hurricane beryl, which did harm and damage, to you,immediately after, instead of repenting, and accept Jesus as your savior john chapter 3;16, you allowed the people to have carnival, fete ( reveling) drunkenness nakedness cursing ,please stop provoking God,to anger,his judgment will come upon you suddenly, if you fail to repent, God bless

government need to step up there game pay to get work done and pay people on time to have better effectiveness

all of your points are valid, however please keep in mind that we are 4 months into the recovery stage of a major hurricane. these recent weather events further exacerbated what is already a very difficult situation. not making an excuse - people deserve to be paid in a timely manner. full stop. praying for the best for all of us. i think everyone is trying to be resilient in the face of everything that is occurring. 🙏🏾

@@thisgreenzlyfe345 and you're quite right but what about other works that has been done prior and still waiting on payment months later still. our government is trying to bring this place up to scale but with many flaws at the same time poor governance and lots of bad spending. just my 2cents

You need people to pay their taxes in order for government to pay anyone, Grenadians think money grows on trees or that the ECCB prints money as needed... Grow up please...

Don't build your houses in safe areas, don't build proper retaining walls to reduce earth movement, don't plant trees like bamboo to reduce landslides, don't do anything to protect your house from landslides. All these things are of no use and will not be of any help.
Instead, just sit on you behind and pray to your white , Scandinavian God, and he will stop the landslides.
